February 2026 was the month HighLevel wired its AI agents into everything else. Agent Studio learned to read account data and be called from a workflow, Conversation AI got summaries, transcripts and a response style setting, workflows reached more than 300 AI models through OpenRouter, and agencies got a Reselling tab and a rebuilt SaaS setup. This roundup is compiled from the weekly release radars for 2 to 27 February and the [official changelog](https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/changelog). It covers the releases that change how an agency sells, bills or delivers.

## TLDR

- Agent Studio: structured variables for account, custom values, form and contact data, folders and bulk controls, and a new Invoke Agent Studio Agent workflow action.
- Conversation AI: summaries and full transcripts in Labs, auto follow-ups in the flow builder, and a Response Style setting from concise to detailed.
- Workflows: OpenRouter action with 300-plus models, native Monday.com actions, tag filter operators, pause toggles, voice input, and AI generation more than twice as fast.
- Payments: a different payment provider per selling channel inside one sub-account.
- Snapshots: retries for failed pushes, plus WordPress sites, webinars and LinkedIn campaigns as assets.
- Agency: a Reselling tab on the Agency Dashboard and a rebuilt SaaS setup flow.
- Messaging: RCS entered closed beta, toll-free verification rules tightened, and email sending gained staged block enforcement.

## Agent Studio Becomes a Real Building Block

Agent Studio gained five structured variable categories: Account, Custom Values, Right Now, Form Data and Contact, so an agent can read who it is talking to and what the business already knows. Agents can be sorted into folders with bulk move and bulk delete. A new workflow action, Invoke Agent Studio Agent, runs any published agent with a chat trigger as a step inside an automation, and a Manus AI task action arrived alongside it. Response Style lets a bot answer in concise or detailed mode.

What it means: an agent is no longer a chat widget. It is a step in a workflow that can be snapshotted and sold. See the [AI Employee guide](https://netpartners.marketing/gohighlevel-ai-employee/).

## Conversation AI: Summaries, Transcripts and Follow-Ups

In Labs, Conversation AI can generate a structured summary and a full transcript for each AI conversation, which is what a client needs to trust the bot. Auto Follow-Up, previously limited to prompt based bots, now runs on flow based bots: the bot notices when a contact goes quiet and nudges them. Marketing audit reports can be generated by workflow for any lead source, not only Prospecting leads.

## Workflows: More Models, Fewer Middlemen

An OpenRouter app is available as a workflow action, sending a prompt to any of more than 300 models. Monday.com connects directly, removing Zapier or Make from the chain. The Tag filter gained Any of and All of operators and now works on opportunity and invoice triggers. Individual actions can be paused without being deleted. AI Builder accepts spoken input. AI workflow generation averages 27.7 seconds, down from 59.7\. Debugging got sharper with clearer execution logs.

## Payments, Store and Listings

Each selling surface in a sub-account can use its own connected payment provider, so invoices, store and calendars can bill through different processors. Store product pages show full titles and load faster. Listings supports split business hours and suppresses duplicate listings.

## Snapshots and Agency Tools

Failed snapshot pushes can be retried from View History, for every failed account at once or specific ones. Snapshots now carry WordPress sites, webinars and LinkedIn campaigns. A new Reselling tab on the Agency Dashboard splits usage products and shows what each sub-account is being billed, and the SaaS setup flow was rebuilt. Sub-account prospecting can drop a new prospect straight into a pipeline. Companies export in bulk, and bulk import got a major upgrade.

## Messaging and Compliance

RCS messaging entered a closed beta limited to a handful of sub-accounts. Toll-free verification rules tightened. Email sending gained block enforcement: provider block activity is monitored per sub-account with a warning email first, then a timed sending suspension. Calendars accept multiple date specific hours at once across Meetings and Rentals.

## What To Do About It

1. Turn on Conversation AI summaries in Labs on one client account and add the summary to the client's weekly report. It is the fastest way to prove the bot is working.
2. Replace any Zapier step that only talks to Monday.com with the native action.
3. Rebuild one agent with the Contact and Custom Values variables and call it from a workflow. Snapshot it.
4. Check every sub-account's email sending health. The staged block enforcement will pause a sub-account that ignores warnings.
5. Open the Reselling tab and reconcile what each sub-account pays for usage against what you charge.
