March 2026 was the month HighLevel opened its AI tooling to everyone and gave Conversation AI a new channel. Rentals calendars went to public beta, Agent Studio stopped being agency-only, Conversation AI learned to answer email and the workflow builder started explaining itself. This roundup is compiled from the weekly release radars for 2 to 27 March and the [official changelog](https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/changelog). It covers the releases that change how an agency sells, bills or delivers, not every UI tweak.

## TLDR

- Rentals, a calendar type for bookable inventory rather than appointments, reached public beta.
- Conversation AI gained email as a full channel alongside SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram and live chat.
- Agent Studio opened to sub-account admins and users, with an Actions Platform of ten white-label friendly actions and a new Agent Logs view.
- Workflows gained a Merge Contact action, trigger descriptions, keyboard shortcuts and math outputs.
- Snapshots can now be loaded to every sub-account at once.
- Payments arrived in the mobile app, and Products gained cost price and margin tracking.
- Schema Markup AI and Blog Post AI shipped in the site builder. Listings opened in 27 new countries.

## AI: Agent Studio for Everyone, Email for Conversation AI

Agent Studio is no longer agency only. Sub-account admins and users can build and deploy their own AI agents. The new Actions Platform gives agents ten white-label friendly actions, including sending SMS and templated emails and tagging contacts, plus copy and paste between agents. Agent Logs shows what each agent did and why. Voice AI gained advanced settings: end call after silence, response speed and a delay before the greeting, plus direct prompt editing.

Conversation AI now answers email. Setup covers sender domains and the same booking behaviour as the other channels, so a service business can let the bot handle enquiry emails and book the appointment. Call transcription expanded to nine languages beyond English, including French, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Hindi.

What it means: a client no longer needs the agency to build a bot. Agencies should package the setup, the guardrails and the monitoring rather than the access. See the [AI Employee guide](https://netpartners.marketing/gohighlevel-ai-employee/).

## Workflows: Merge Contact, Explained Triggers, Shortcuts

Every trigger now carries a short description of what it does and when it fires. A Merge Contact action finds and merges duplicates inside a workflow. Two new goals were added. Connect Call gained a whisper message so the person answering hears a private heads-up before the caller is connected. Late in the month the builder gained keyboard shortcuts in five groups, math outputs and meeting-related actions.

## Calendars and Rentals

Rentals is a new calendar type for businesses that rent equipment, vehicles or spaces by the hour or day rather than booking appointments. It reached public beta in the first week of March and went fully live in June. Bulk Edit Availability was restructured and calendars gained tax and payment options.

## CRM: Pipelines, Notes and Opportunities

The Kanban view in Opportunities supports collapsing, expanding and resizing stages, with layout saved per user, and custom field sorting. Contact records show opportunities in a dedicated tab with stage colours. Notes carry a title, a colour label and pinned placement at the top of the timeline. Dashboards and custom reports remember date ranges and filters per user.

## Payments, Products and Ecommerce

Payments arrived in the mobile app with a Payments tab on contact and opportunity records, so a tech or a stylist can charge a card in person. Products hold a cost price and margin at every price and variant. Ecommerce variant selectors can render as pills with quantity pickers and upsells.

## Sites, Content and Ads

Schema Markup AI reads a page and generates structured data inside the builder. Blog Post AI turns a topic into a finished draft. Email AI converts any email into an editable template. Brand Boards can generate a complete design kit from a website. Forms and surveys gained five image layouts. Site Analytics added filters by country, channel and page. Ad Manager lead campaigns can choose website, instant form or hybrid conversion locations.

## Agency and Compliance

Snapshots can be loaded to every sub-account at once from the load modal. A Marketplace Earning Dashboard reached Labs at agency level. Listings opened in 27 more countries. Client Portal emails follow the contact's language preference end to end. A2P registration gained a safer path with clearer guidance.

## What To Do About It

1. Decide your policy on client-built agents now that Agent Studio is open to sub-accounts. Lock it or package it.
2. Add the Merge Contact action to every lead intake workflow to stop duplicate contacts at the source.
3. If any client sells inventory by the hour or day, move them from a workaround calendar to Rentals.
4. Use the load-to-all option for the next snapshot update instead of pushing one sub-account at a time.
