HighLevel shipped one of its densest release batches of the spring for the week of April 6 through 10, 2026\. Gift cards graduated to every agency and sub-account, the workflow builder gained Find and Replace, and booking pages can now take installment payments through Klarna and Affirm. Add a redesigned Ad Manager, TikTok comment management, and a stack of mobile calendar upgrades, and there is plenty worth configuring for clients this month. This recap is part of our ongoing [April 2026 updates coverage](https://guide.launchkit.work/blog-highlevel-updates-april-2026.html?ref=netpartners.marketing).

## Booking Pages Add Installment Payments and Pricing Controls

Businesses can now offer Klarna and Affirm as buy now, pay later options when customers book through Calendars, Services, and Rentals. Both run through Stripe and appear on the booking widget dynamically based on the customer's location and eligibility. Enable them under Payments, then Settings, then Integrations, then Manage Stripe. For agencies whose clients sell higher-ticket services, installment checkout removes a common objection at the moment of booking.

New global booking settings add pricing control on top. You can hide the coupon code field entirely and switch the price display from a full range to a "From $X" starting price, with the final amount calculated after the customer selects variations or add-ons. Both settings apply to all booking widgets at once. A related round of improvements auto-selects the phone country code from the business location, defaults the logged-in user as staff on new bookings, hides category and location filters when only one exists, and displays deposit amounts clearly in the mobile card-on-file view.

## Full Service Appointment Management on Mobile

The mobile app now covers the complete appointment lifecycle for Service v2 calendars. Staff can edit, reschedule, duplicate, and delete service appointments from a context menu on the appointment detail screen, work that previously required a desktop. Paid appointments lock structural changes such as services and staff to protect payment records, and duplicating is the supported path for those edits.

Three related updates round out the mobile work. A new "Ask the Booker" location type collects the client's service address during booking, validates it before submission, and pre-fills it on edits and duplicates, a fit for mobile groomers, repair technicians, and other on-site businesses. Appointment views now show full addresses with one-tap copy, a Maps option for physical locations, and a Join Meeting button for virtual links. And a per-user timezone preference lets each team member view appointments in their own, the business's, or any custom timezone without affecting availability or how clients book.

## Workflow Builder: Find and Replace, Trigger Stats, and Smarter AI

Find and Replace arrived in both the standard and advanced workflow builders. Press Alt+F (Option+F on Mac) to search a workflow by custom values, tags, or text, then replace supported custom values and tags in one match or across the whole workflow. Search is case-insensitive, supports partial matches, jumps the canvas to each result, and changes can be undone. Agencies maintaining large client workflows can swap a tag or custom value everywhere in seconds instead of opening every action.

Trigger stats are now built into the builder, showing attempted, matched, and unmatched enrollments plus the top reasons contacts failed to match, with per-contact search for troubleshooting. The [AI workflow builder](https://www.gohighlevel.com/ai?fp%5Fref=details&ref=netpartners.marketing) gained a clarifying agent that asks up to three targeted questions when a prompt is missing a trigger, channel, or timing detail, which produces a better first draft with fewer revisions. Appointment triggers can also enroll guests now: choose Contact only, Contact and Guests, or Guests only.

## Gift Cards Are Now Available on Every Account

After a testing period in Labs, the complete gift card system is live for all agencies and sub-accounts. Businesses create gift card products under Payments with artwork, terms, expiration dates, and multiple denominations, then sell them through a dedicated checkout link, embed code, QR code, or as products inside funnels, forms, payment links, invoices, stores, and calendar payments. Cards can also be issued directly to a customer at no charge, useful for loyalty rewards, refunds, or goodwill gestures.

Customers redeem cards at checkout for full or partial payment, with partial redemptions charging the remainder to another payment method through Stripe, NMI, Authorize.net, or Square. A Gift Card Orders tab tracks every issued card with balances, statuses, and delivery details. In the same payments area, Documents and Contracts gained a Card Details field that captures and stores a signer's card during signing, setting up future charges, subscriptions, and auto-pay without a separate follow-up request.

## Social Planner: TikTok Comments and Custom Analytics Ranges

Comment management in Social Planner now covers TikTok alongside Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Teams reply to TikTok comments from the same unified inbox, including one level of threaded replies, with a 150 character limit and support for business profiles only. Statistics also moved past the old fixed 7-day window: pick any custom date range, compare it with the previous equivalent period, and see percentage changes across posts, likes, followers, impressions, and comments, with charts that adjust granularity for longer ranges. Teams posting from the field can pair this with [Social Planner on the mobile app](https://guide.launchkit.work/post-social-planner-mobile.html?ref=netpartners.marketing).

## Phone System and Messaging Compliance

Sub-accounts can now accept incoming calls from private or anonymous caller IDs through a new inbound call setting, so hidden-number leads are handled instead of blocked. The chat widget A2P registration flow now supports sole proprietor accounts with automatic use case detection and pre-filled templates, and new transactional campaigns in that flow are standardized to the Customer Care use case, the category carriers expect for support messaging, which should raise approval rates. In Labs, a redesigned Messaging Analytics dashboard adds period-over-period comparisons, a failure reason breakdown by error code, and opt-out trend charts with warning thresholds at a 10 percent failure rate and a 2 percent opt-out rate.

## Agency Tools: Reselling Analytics, Announcements, and a New Ad Manager

The agency dashboard's Reselling tab gained widgets that rank resold usage products by profit margin, compare cost against revenue per product, and chart gross profit trends over time, the data needed to set markups with confidence against current [GoHighLevel plan pricing](https://www.gohighlevel.com/pricing?fp%5Fref=details&ref=netpartners.marketing). A new Announcements Builder lets agencies schedule banner notifications for sub-accounts with priority levels, optional call-to-action buttons, and agency or account level targeting. Ad Manager received a full interface redesign spanning campaign creation, listing, review, and previews, with quick stats such as spend, leads, cost per lead, and click-through rate on the campaign list. Audit log exports also entered Labs, supporting CSV downloads of up to 500,000 records behind a dedicated permission, scheduled to be on by default starting April 28, 2026.

## Sites and Chat: Embed Live Chat Anywhere on the Page

The live chat widget can now be embedded inline within page content instead of floating as a corner bubble. Place it below a hero section, next to a form, or beside pricing on funnels, websites, landing pages, and custom HTML sites, with multiple placements per site and mobile-responsive rendering by default. Existing sticky widgets keep working unchanged. Elsewhere in the site stack, the page builder gained per-side border width and radius controls plus five new border styles, and the AI Studio domain wizard now recognizes domains already managed in HighLevel and flags DNS conflicts before making changes.

## Smaller Improvements Worth Noting

- **Preference management:** subscription category names are now editable, support up to 100 characters, and saves require explicit confirmation.
- **Agent Studio:** an Enhance Prompt option was added to the AI Agent node, its connected tools, and the generative nodes for text, image, audio, and video.
- **Communities:** a redesigned interface is in beta for GoKollab with a group switcher, emoji reactions, and a larger post area.
- **Calendars:** improved syncing for missed and upcoming appointments.
- **Public APIs:** new endpoints for Brand Voices and Email Marketing.
- **Contacts:** document transfer during contact merges was simplified.
- **Training:** a nine-lesson Calendars Guide course covering all six calendar types was added to HighLevel University.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### Do gift cards work with every payment provider?

One-time purchases paid entirely with a gift card work regardless of provider. Partial redemptions and subscription purchases require Stripe, NMI, Authorize.net, or Square, and a subscription always collects a backup payment method even when the card covers the first charge. Gift cards cannot be redeemed on upsell offers.

### Will the new guest enrollment options change my existing appointment workflows?

No. Existing Customer Booked Appointment and Appointment Status triggers keep their current behavior, and the default remains Contact only. Guests added after an appointment is booked are not enrolled by a trigger that already fired.

### Which features from this week are not generally available yet?

Email Sequences is a private beta limited to 10 customers, the new Communities interface is in beta for GoKollab, and audit log exports and Messaging Analytics v2 sit behind Labs toggles, with audit log exports set to turn on by default April 28, 2026\. Page unpublishing and live video meetings for community events were announced as coming soon. We track all of these on our [beta watch page](https://guide.launchkit.work/blog-highlevel-beta-watch.html?ref=netpartners.marketing).
