HighLevel Updates: New Features for August 10-14, 2026

TikTok in Conversations AI, a guided HubSpot importer, tablet design mode, stores inside funnels, and 80+ agency feature permissions.

HighLevel shipped a dense batch of releases during the week of August 10 to 14, 2026: new AI capabilities, a guided HubSpot migration tool, tablet design controls in the page builder, and a rebuilt feature permission system for white label agencies. Here is what landed and how agencies and small businesses can use it.

Conversations AI Now Answers on TikTok

Conversations AI can handle incoming TikTok messages with the same capabilities it applies to other channels. It answers questions from configured bot knowledge, qualifies leads, collects information, guides people toward a booked appointment, and hands off to a person when needed.

For businesses earning attention on TikTok, this closes the gap between a post that performs and a booked call, because replies keep going out after hours. The TikTok integration must be connected and active before the channel can be enabled.

Ad Manager Adds Campaign Scoring and Bulk Keywords

Opportunity Score now covers the Google and LinkedIn campaign builders, not just Meta. The pre-publish Review screen shows a readiness score from 0 to 100, rates campaign health as low, medium, or high, and groups advisory suggestions across audience, budget, creative, tracking, and keywords. Selecting one jumps to the setting it refers to.

Google Ads keyword entry also lost its 40 keyword cap on positive and negative lists. Paste a full list separated by commas or line breaks, pick a match type, and add it in one action, with duplicates and blanks stripped automatically.

Ask AI and Managed Agents Gain Connectors and Skills

Super Agents are now Managed Agents, a name change only, so existing agents, triggers, and conversations keep running untouched. Ask AI added connectors and skills. Connectors let it act inside marketplace apps such as Notion, Canva, and HubSpot under your own login, with per app and per tool control over what it may call. Skills let you write or upload a markdown playbook it follows on matching requests, or invoke by typing a slash.

Managed Agents gained a reusable skills library shared across agents, plus native triggers for Facebook lead form and survey submissions that remove a middleman workflow. Connectors for GitHub, Shippo, Windsor.ai, and Vapi went live, and agent execution costs fell 40 to 50 percent through prompt caching and leaner prompts, with nothing to configure. Our HighLevel AI overview shows how these pieces fit together.

HubSpot Importer Replaces Manual CRM Rebuilds

A guided HubSpot importer brings contacts, deals, companies, tasks, emails, notes, properties, pipelines, stages, and supported associations across in one run. Deals arrive as opportunities, pipeline and stage structures carry over, and selected properties map into custom fields.

Imports run in the background with duplicate detection, a preview of counts and mappings before you commit, and a history reporting created, skipped, errored, and flagged records. Errors export to CSV with the source record ID so you can fix and rerun. For agencies onboarding clients off another CRM, that removes the biggest objection to switching. The HighLevel versus HubSpot comparison is worth reading before planning a move.

Funnels, Stores, and a New Tablet Design Mode

Funnels can now contain a full ecommerce store. Adding one creates five steps for product list, product details, cart, checkout, and thank you, and elements like featured product, upsell, and collection list drop into any funnel step. One store per funnel is allowed, and store steps do not support cloning or split testing.

The builder also added tablet as a third device with its own canvas, stored styles, and visibility toggle. Mobile styles now extend across the full phone range, fixing oversized text on large phones in landscape, though live pages need republishing. Stores can also sync products to Google Merchant Center through a new marketplace app. If you are weighing a builder switch, check the HighLevel versus ClickFunnels comparison.

Feature Permissions Rebuilt for White Label Agencies

Control over what sub-accounts can see has been rebuilt. Coverage grew from roughly 30 features to more than 80, arranged in a category, module, and feature hierarchy, and enforced through one shared permission check. That last point matters most, because a feature switched off could previously still appear to a client.

Existing sub-accounts and plans were migrated additively, so nobody lost access they already had. Some flags sit temporarily disabled until each product team finishes its own checks, and bulk permission management is close behind. Affiliate Manager also gained payout permission control, hiding the pay payout action from users who are not admins.

Client Portal, Courses, and Communities Upgrades

Client Portal added appointments, where contacts view today, upcoming, and past bookings, book new ones with details prefilled, and reschedule or cancel eligible appointments. You choose which calendars are bookable and whether the section appears at all. Contacts also get in-app notifications for new invoices and estimates, and expired magic links now fall back to a one time code login instead of a dead end.

Courses gained announcements with rich content, targeting, and optional email alerts, plus custom topics per location. Communities added a requested to join workflow trigger that filters on membership question answers, so requests can be screened or approved automatically, and shared links and events now render as playable, registerable previews in the feed.

Reporting, Workflows, and Early Access in Labs

Dashboards now accept custom value tokens in widget conditions and in embed, title, and text box elements. One template resolves per sub-account, replacing a separate dashboard per client. The workflow AI assistant added WhatsApp delivery and read analytics answerable in plain language, and the new review received trigger fires for any connected review platform, not only Google and Facebook.

In Labs, speech to speech Voice AI opened to all agencies. One model hears and speaks audio instead of relaying through text, which cuts latency, preserves tone, and switches languages mid sentence across 90 or more languages. Event management also became self-serve in Labs with ticketing, QR check-in, and workflow triggers. Our beta watch tracker covers what is still in testing.

Smaller Improvements Worth Noting

  • QR code listing: name search, type filters, list view, hover actions, and per code analytics in one click.
  • Gift cards on appointments: apply a customer balance when collecting payment on meetings, services, and rentals calendars.
  • Reschedule links: generate and copy one directly from an appointment and share it on any channel.
  • Services: WhatsApp notifications, service and rental custom values in the email builder, and a top tabs category layout.
  • Reviews AI pricing: suggestions are free for four tries per review, and you pay only when you send one.
  • Chat widget embedding: inline placement now works for every widget type.
  • Private note attachments: new uploads default to private, with public, private, code, or password sharing.
  • White label desktop app: build complete alerts by notification and email, plus lifecycle dashboard banners.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to rebuild anything after the Super Agents rename?

No. Managed Agents is a name change only. Existing agents, published versions, triggers, conversations, and historical records carry over automatically with no reconfiguration.

Will the tablet update change how my live pages look?

Only after you republish. Anything not styled for tablet inherits the desktop design. The wider mobile range means large phones in landscape may render differently once republished, so preview on a big phone first.

Can I move HubSpot data across without losing pipelines?

Supported pipelines and stages come across, and deals arrive as opportunities. Preview counts and mappings first, test in a non production sub-account, and validate critical associations afterward, since platform limits can block some relationships.
