The first release week of July 2026 was a busy one for agencies and small businesses. Rentals became generally available, Ad Manager gained two setup features, and Voice AI agents can now ship inside snapshots. Here is what landed between June 29 and July 3, 2026\. For the full month, see the [June 2026 HighLevel updates roundup](https://guide.launchkit.work/blog-highlevel-updates-june-2026.html?ref=netpartners.marketing).

## Rentals Is Now Live for Every Account

Rentals is out of limited access and open to all accounts. It suits businesses that book inventory rather than appointments: equipment, vehicles, venues, and vacation properties. Listings support pricing by hour, day, week, or month, plus quantity tracking, variants, lead time, buffer time, and booking window rules. Availability checks run automatically and block overbooking, and pricing can layer seasonal rates, tiered rates by duration or quantity, and security deposits.

Booking style is set per listing: date and time for hourly rentals, date only for overnight stays, or fixed packages. Customers can book several listings in one checkout, and admins get manual bookings, automatic invoices, in-app payments, and a dedicated Rentals calendar.

**Why it matters:** a rental operator can drop a separate booking tool and keep availability, invoicing, and follow-up next to marketing and [CRM records](https://guide.launchkit.work/crm.html?ref=netpartners.marketing). For agencies it opens a service line in vacation rentals, equipment hire, and event supply. New locations have it on by default; existing ones enable it under Agency View, Subaccounts, Setup Calendars.

## WhatsApp Notifications for Rental Bookings

WhatsApp joined the Rentals notification channels for every event type: unconfirmed, booked, canceled, rescheduled, reminder, and follow-up. Each toggles independently, recipients can be contacts or the business, and templates can differ per recipient. Keep the default template, pick an approved one, or build a new one in-app, then send a test first. **Benefit:** reminders land where people actually read them, which lifts show-up rates on high-value bookings. See [the WhatsApp setup guide](https://guide.launchkit.work/whatsapp.html?ref=netpartners.marketing) or [the official WhatsApp overview](https://www.gohighlevel.com/whatsapp?fp%5Fref=details&ref=netpartners.marketing).

## Ad Manager: Campaign Scoring and Custom Values

Meta campaigns now show an Opportunity Score on the review screen before publishing, as a percentage with a Low, Medium, or High status. It flags targeting that is too narrow or too broad, budget limits that may slow delivery, creative issues, and conversion tracking gaps, and each suggestion links straight to that part of the builder. It is guidance only and applies nothing automatically.

Custom Values also work in ad copy for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. A picker inserts saved values such as business name, city, or offer name into headlines, descriptions, and primary text, and validation catches values that are missing, invalid, or over a character limit. They do not work in URL fields, lead form selectors, targeting, or budget settings, and live ads need republishing after a value changes. **Why it matters:** one campaign template can serve many clients with details swapped in at launch.

## Voice AI and Super Agents Travel in Snapshots

Voice AI agents built in the flow-based builder can now be included in a snapshot, and the whole flow travels with them: every node, branch, version, and connected action, rewired to the destination account IDs on load. Prompt-based agents are unaffected. Super Agents from Agent Studio got the same treatment, keeping their configuration, prompts, knowledge, and behavior.

**Benefit:** onboarding a client with a working voice agent drops from a rebuild job to a few clicks, turning AI into a standard part of every account. Our [Voice AI guide](https://guide.launchkit.work/voice-ai.html?ref=netpartners.marketing) covers building the agents you would package, and [the Voice AI product page](https://www.gohighlevel.com/voice-ai?fp%5Fref=details&ref=netpartners.marketing) covers call handling. The flow builder also gained execution timing on the Update Contact Field action: run it during the call with a spoken confirmation, or silently after the call.

## Faster WordPress AI Page Building

AI page generation for WordPress is 64 percent faster. It also remembers business information, branding, and preferences across the site and reuses that context on later pages, with stored context editable at any time. Individual AI images can be regenerated or swapped for uploads without disturbing layout, and audit events track generation and edits. **Why it matters:** more landing pages per hour with less brand drift. See [the HighLevel AI overview](https://guide.launchkit.work/ai.html?ref=netpartners.marketing) or [the official AI page](https://www.gohighlevel.com/ai?fp%5Fref=details&ref=netpartners.marketing).

## Ecommerce, Memberships, and the Client Portal

Store owners can pick one-step or two-step checkout on the Checkout element. Two-step collects name, email, phone, and shipping first, then billing, payment, and order review. One-step stays the default. Capturing contact details before payment leaves a recoverable record when a shopper abandons at checkout, as covered in our [ecommerce guide](https://guide.launchkit.work/ecommerce-8837.html?ref=netpartners.marketing).

The branded client portal app reached version two with faster launch, better media performance, a redesigned interface, and a member hub for billing, subscriptions, documents, contracts, and certificates. Live sessions can be joined from communities in one tap, and the update rolls out automatically. Communities also gained voice notes in chat, polls in posts, a course miniplayer on mobile, and four workflow triggers for rejected join requests, new posts, comments, and event registrations.

## Cleaner CRM Data and Rebuilt Mobile Contacts

Prospecting now scrapes the business website when available to fill in address, city, state, and postal code beyond Google Business Profile data. New contacts carry a Prospecting Tool source and prospect tags for filtering and automation, you control whether owners and managers become separate records, and duplicates merge into one primary contact. Contacts on mobile were also rebuilt with improved search, swipe actions, field filters, and inline editing, shipping June 30, 2026 on version 4.19.1 across HighLevel, LeadConnector, and white label builds.

## Agency Billing and White Label Distribution

Agencies that built a white label desktop app can promote it to sub-accounts with a Promote toggle, active once the app is published. The download banner leads with the visitor operating system for macOS, Windows, or Linux and links to the latest published build. US-based agencies can also fund their wallet by ACH direct debit: roughly 0.8 percent capped at five dollars per transaction versus about 3 percent on cards, with a one thousand dollar minimum, so large deposits save real money. SaaS payment provider selection also moved to cards showing the provider logo, version, and where subscription data will live, with unsupported providers clearly labeled. Weighing a switch? ## Smaller Improvements Worth Noting

- **Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes:** now top-level items in Sites navigation with one consistent header and built-in analytics from both the list view and the builder.
- **Media uploads:** live per-file progress replaces the old spinner.
- **Review sentiment:** scoring moved to a large language model engine with past reviews backfilled, and AI replies now run asynchronously.
- **Reputation fixes:** comment-free reviews take sentiment from the star rating, and review requests reuse existing contacts instead of duplicating them.
- **Course tags:** tag courses by language, difficulty, and topic, with matching filters.
- **Certificates and badges:** downloadable as PDF, PNG, or JPG.
- **Training:** a new community course on Custom Objects covers data modeling, relationships, reporting, and workflows.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### Do I need to do anything to turn on Rentals?

New locations have Rentals on by default. Existing locations do not, so enable it under Agency View, Subaccounts, then Setup Calendars. Listings are created under Calendars, Calendar Settings, Rentals.

### Do flow-based Voice AI agents work after loading a snapshot?

Yes. The full flow graph, including every node, branch, version, and connected action, is recreated in the destination sub-account and wired to that account IDs, ready to take calls.

### Can custom values be used anywhere in Ad Manager?

No. They work in eligible copy fields such as headlines, descriptions, and primary text on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, but not in URL fields, lead form selectors, targeting, or budget settings.

## Try These Features Yourself

Rentals, snapshot support for AI agents, and the Ad Manager additions all shorten client onboarding and remove standalone tools from your stack. The fastest way to judge the fit is to build with them in a live account.
