The March 9 to 13, 2026 release week leans into operational polish. Dashboards remember how you left them, a new workflow action cleans up duplicate contacts on its own, rental bookings finally support taxes, and a new logging layer makes AI agents far easier to debug. Most of it removes recurring manual work rather than adding features you have to learn.

## Dashboards and Reports Remember Your Settings

Date ranges and filter selections now save per user across dashboards and custom reports. Widget dropdowns keep what you picked instead of resetting to the first pipeline, the dashboard AI Summary reflects the pipeline you actually selected, and duplicated dashboards carry their settings with them. A dashboard level comparison date range also landed, though widget level settings take precedence when set.

Custom reports follow the same logic, with dropdown values saved for everyone once the creator clicks Save. Shared report emails send a snapshot of values at generation time, so later filter changes never rewrite a report a client already received. If you run weekly client reporting, that kills one of the most tedious repeat tasks in the platform.

## Turn Any Email Into an Editable Template With AI

Email AI can now convert any email into a fully editable template, whether it came from your inbox or another marketing tool. Enable Email AI under Labs, then use Marketing, Emails, Templates, New, Import and forward the email you want rebuilt. When a new client arrives from another platform, you can bring their best performing campaigns across in minutes instead of rebuilding by hand, which makes [migrating off a legacy email platform](https://www.gohighlevel.com/vs-hubspot?fp%5Fref=details&ref=netpartners.marketing) far less painful and feeds straight into the built in [email marketing toolset](https://guide.launchkit.work/email-marketing?ref=netpartners.marketing).

## Workflows Gain Merge Contact and Two New Goals

The headline addition is a Merge Contact action that finds and merges duplicate contacts inside a workflow, with no trip to the contacts page. You choose the match rule (email, phone number, or both together), the system always preserves the older record, and every merge is written to Execution Logs with the matched contacts and criteria used.

Two new Goal Event types also arrived. Invoice Paid completes when a contact's invoice hits Paid or Partially Paid, either any invoice or only the one tied to a chosen Send Invoice action. Review Request Clicked completes when a contact clicks a review link, optionally narrowed by channel. Both move contacts forward on real outcomes instead of extra branches. The workflow AI builder can now also set names, re-entry, time zones, business hours and sender details from plain language.

## Calendars and Rentals: Taxes, Payments and Safer Bulk Edits

Bulk Edit Availability was restructured. A banner now confirms that weekly hour changes hit every selected user, date-specific hours are grouped by date so you can see each person's blocks first, and saving is section specific, so updating weekly hours no longer wipes date exceptions.

Rentals can finally charge taxes. Manual rates are configured through the product linked to each listing, with variant level support. Bookings also gained a Payments tab covering totals, balances, transactions, invoices and security deposits, and editing a booking updates the same invoice instead of creating a second one. You can drag across future dates in the Rentals calendar to open a pre-filled booking panel, and agencies can stop automatic personal calendar creation for new users by switching off Preloaded Example Data.

## Agent Studio Expands and Agent Logs Arrives

Agent Studio is no longer agency only. Sub-account admins and users can now build and deploy their own AI agents with the full feature set, and the public APIs were rebuilt so anything possible in the interface can be done programmatically.

Agent Logs is the bigger change: a centralized tracing service with a global dashboard filterable by agent, product, channel and status, a conversation view paired with an execution timeline of every decision and tool call, and a step level view exposing payloads, latency and metadata. It is live for Agent Studio, with Voice AI, Conversation AI and Ask AI to follow. Outbound calling also picked up disclaimer controls: disable it, write a custom one and verify it, or play it only once per contact. Worth a look if the [Voice AI toolset](https://www.gohighlevel.com/voice-ai?fp%5Fref=details&ref=netpartners.marketing) is central to your offer.

## Agency Controls: Marketplace Earnings and Pipelines

A Marketplace Earning Dashboard is now in Labs at the agency level, reporting revenue, app costs and net profit alongside adoption metrics such as unique apps installed and active sub-accounts. You can drill into revenue by sub-account, filter by date range and export, which replaces spreadsheet guesswork about which tools earn their keep.

Agency admins can also copy a pipeline to several sub-accounts at once, carrying stages and chart visibility across (records, automations and custom fields are not copied). White label mobile app links now support role-based visibility and account targeting, so you can pilot a link with a few locations first.

## Ecommerce Product Pages and Checkout

Variant selectors can now render as pills instead of a dropdown, showing every option at once, with quantity pickers and upsells following the same pattern. Product media has three layouts (stacked gallery, carousel, and a desktop-only two column grid) and image zoom is configurable as none, click and hover, or a fullscreen lightbox.

Picking a variant now swaps in that variant's assigned image, and checkout sorts shipping rates cheapest first with the lowest option pre-selected and free shipping pinned to the top. Small but real conversion levers on any [store you run on the platform](https://guide.launchkit.work/ecommerce-8837?ref=netpartners.marketing).

## Listings Opens in 27 New Countries

Listings now works in 27 more countries across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, South America and Africa, including India, Singapore, the Netherlands, Poland, Chile, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates. Both the Uberall and Yext engines are supported, and pricing stays the same.

## Smaller Improvements Worth Noting

- **Notes on Custom Objects,** with search, filters and sorting, plus the option to link an existing contact note to a related record.
- **Facebook post sync in Social Planner,** pulling the last 30 days of posts and media, refreshed daily.
- **Meta ad previews in Ad Manager,** covering Feed, Stories and Reels placements plus a shareable link for published campaigns.
- **Tighter A2P compliance checks,** with automated validation that the chat widget is installed and is the only SMS opt-in method on the site.
- **Welcome badges on courses,** issued automatically on first enrollment, with five curated templates and an off switch.
- **Review widget and schema editor fixes,** including better AI summary placement and resolved carousel height issues.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### Do I need to enable anything to get these features?

Most are live automatically, but several sit behind Labs, including Email AI template importing, the Marketplace Earning Dashboard, Facebook post sync and ACH bank transfers. Some Labs toggles are agency level and some are per sub-account, so check both before assuming a feature is missing.

### Is the Merge Contact action safe to run on a live database?

It always preserves the older record and merges the newer duplicate into it, and every merge is logged with the matched contacts and criteria used. Start with the strictest rule, email and phone number together, then review Execution Logs before widening it.

### Can I move email templates across without rebuilding them?

Yes. Forward the email after enabling Email AI and it becomes a fully editable template.
