September 21-25, 2026 was a heavy week for HighLevel. Two flagship AI builders left Labs for general availability, OpenAI's GPT-6 models landed across automation tools, plus calendar, payment, reporting and mobile upgrades shipped alongside.

## Workflows Add Jotform Steps and GPT-6 Models

Workflows now include native Jotform triggers and actions. A New Submission trigger fires instantly by webhook, a New Signed Document trigger checks every five minutes, while a Create Submission action writes workflow data back into any connected form across 15 field types. That drops a third party connector from the stack: a signed agreement can advance a contact stage, create an onboarding task then email the client automatically.

GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna are also live in the AI Agent and GPT actions. Sol handles multi-step reasoning, Luna handles high volume classification or quick replies. Both cost half of the GPT-5.6 generation, so [**AI steps**](https://www.gohighlevel.com/ai?fp%5Fref=details) become affordable in many more client automations.

## AI Studio and Funnel AI Reach General Availability

AI Studio is live for all locations with no Labs toggle. Watch the permissions change: sub-account user and admin access is off by default unless they already had it in Labs. A Home banner prompts agency owners to grant access to everyone or to named users.

Funnel AI graduated too. Every sub-account has it on at account level, the Labs flag plus old whitelist retired, so access runs through a per sub-account toggle under Features and Limits with a per-user permission under Teams. Agency users get it on by default, new sub-account users get it off. Describing a publish-ready landing page replaces building one on a blank canvas, level with a [**dedicated funnel platform**](https://www.gohighlevel.com/vs-clickfunnels?fp%5Fref=details). Existing React projects can also upgrade through Migrate to SSR, which duplicates the project then rewrites the copy onto a server-rendered stack, leaving the live site untouched.

## Conversation AI and Managed Agents Extend Their Reach

Conversation AI can call an external API mid-conversation then use the response in its reply. Point an action at an HTTPS endpoint, write a trigger condition, define the parameters it extracts then pick the output fields it receives. Order status lookups, inventory checks or booking systems can now answer customers directly.

Suggestive mode proposes the actions that belong with a reply, up to five, each a chip you can untick before Send and run. Coverage spans booking, contact field updates, workflow enrollment plus handover steps. Managed Agents gained a Facebook comment trigger that replies publicly on a connected Page, filterable by post or keyword. A new public API runs published agents inside your own apps, with drafts and secrets kept private.

## Calendars and Booking Get More Flexible

Notification templates across Calendars, Services and Rentals now localize from the Business Profile Platform Language on email, SMS and WhatsApp. New calendars get localized defaults immediately, so multi-language businesses stop translating by hand.

Staff profiles take a colored role tag of up to 30 characters, such as Lead Therapist, shown as a badge during staff selection so customers pick the right person. Service prices are also editable on the appointment itself: change the price while creating or duplicating a booking, a Custom tag marks the line while the catalog price never moves. Calendar AI now answers plain-language questions about why a slot or team member is not bookable.

## Mobile App Updates for Teams on the Move

Ask AI added a Saved Memories screen: see everything stored, search it, delete one line or clear the lot, all scoped per sub-account. A two-step importer pulls another assistant's memory of you into Ask AI in one paste.

Appointments now offer Generate reschedule link in the three-dot menu. Share copies it then opens the native share sheet for SMS, [**WhatsApp**](https://www.gohighlevel.com/whatsapp?fp%5Fref=details) or email, works on Meetings and Service bookings and respects white-label domains. Settings also has a notification diagnosis that checks network, permission, sound plus a test delivery in one tap then names what to fix. Both landed in version 4.25.0.

## Payments, Dashboards and Page Building

Payments added Tax Zones under Manual Taxes. Group countries and states into a named zone then attach up to 10 existing manual rates; a region belongs to one zone only. A rate applies at checkout only when attached to both the product and the zone. Automatic taxes still take priority, with manual zones as the fallback.

General Widgets on the sub-account dashboard are finally editable. Add permanent filters by assigned user, tags, source or custom fields, override the date range per widget, compare against last period or last year, rename widgets for clients then apply themes. This fixes the first dashboard a client ever sees. Funnels and Websites also gained a native Instagram feed widget with five templates, grid or slider layouts and a built-in lightbox, connected to an account already linked in Social Planner, replacing a paid embed subscription.

## Security, Snapshots and Developer Access

Phone number changes now fire a security alert by email, in-app notification plus a text to the previous number, stating what changed, when and who did it. A single-use link valid for seven days reverses it in one click with no login. Alerts are agency-branded.

Opportunity Smart Lists and Smart Tags are supported in Account Snapshots, carrying filters, sorting, field configuration plus pipeline visibility into destination sub-accounts. Include the related pipelines or the lists will not be created. Courses is also on the public Marketplace API, covering lessons, offers, enrollments and progress.

## Smaller Improvements Worth Noting

- Media Storage imports audio and document files from a direct URL, with inline previews first.
- Uploads can be cancelled one file at a time without stopping the batch.
- Conversation AI agents sort into folders, browse in a card grid then show their live channels.
- Those agents can run on GPT-6 Sol at 95.1 percent accuracy or Luna at under half the cost.
- Voice AI agents take a multiselect language picker, with the voice library filtered to match.
- Single-service appointments rescheduled in Google or Outlook now sync back everywhere.
- Domain conflict messages are specific in 13 languages, while purchase emails name the sub-account plus buyer.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### Do I need to turn anything on now that AI Studio and Funnel AI are out of Labs?

Both are enabled at account level, but user access differs. AI Studio permissions are off by default for sub-account users and admins unless they already had it in Labs, so an agency admin grants access from the Home banner. Funnel AI is on by default for agency users, off for new sub-account users, set per sub-account plus per person.

### Will localized calendar notifications overwrite templates I already customized?

No. Only untouched default templates get localized. Anything you edited is preserved exactly as saved. Existing calendars keep their current English content until you click Reset to Default.

### What happened to a Voice AI agent that was set to Multilingual?

It moved to the ten languages that setting always covered, from English and Spanish through Japanese and Dutch. The primary language is unchanged, so calls continue as before. You can now remove languages you do not serve.
