A client asks: "Do you have an app?" Saying "Download LeadConnector and log in" works, but it doesn't feel like your product. Your own app in the App Store, with your logo on the client's home screen, sounds like the obvious upgrade.

It can be. It can also be $497 a month spent on something most clients won't notice. This post covers what HighLevel's white-label mobile app gives you, what it costs, what the free app already does and at how many clients the math starts to work.

## TLDR

- HighLevel's pricing page lists the white-label mobile app as an add-on at $497 a month. It's included with the custom-priced Enterprise plan.
- You also need an Apple Developer organization account ($99 a year, with a D-U-N-S Number) and a Google Play Console organization account ($25 one time).
- The free LeadConnector app already covers conversations, notifications, calendars, contacts and point of sale for you and your clients.
- To cover the cost, you'd need to earn about $505 a month from the branded app: $50 extra from each of 10 clients, or $25 from each of 20.
- A white-label desktop app on your own domain is the cheaper way to make the platform feel like yours.

## What You Get: Your Own Branded App in the App Store and Google Play

HighLevel's [self-service app customizer](https://help.gohighlevel.com/support/solutions/articles/155000007149?fp%5Fref=details) lets agencies brand, build and publish their own iOS and Android apps from the Agency view, under Mobile App. You set:

- **Identity:** the app name, icon and login and splash logos in light and dark versions.
- **Look:** brand colors, fonts and a login screen with an optional tagline.
- **Navigation:** a bottom bar with 4 or 5 items or a side drawer, with modules like Conversations, Calendar, Notifications and POS. Extra modules go into an app drawer.
- **Store listing:** title, descriptions, support contact, keywords and links to your privacy policy and terms.

You also control releases. Internal builds go to your team for testing, production builds go to the stores, and HighLevel says priority updates reach custom apps earlier than the free apps, with you choosing when to roll them out.

## What It Costs and How Approval Works

### The costs

- **HighLevel add-on:** [HighLevel's pricing page](https://www.gohighlevel.com/pricing?fp%5Fref=details) lists the white-label mobile app at $497 a month. The customizer guide mentions monthly or quarterly plans, and builds and publishing need an active subscription.
- **Apple:** the [Apple Developer Program](https://developer.apple.com/support/enrollment/) costs $99 a year. HighLevel doesn't support Apple individual accounts for white-label publishing, so you need an organization account, which requires a D-U-N-S Number (free in most places).
- **Google:** a [Google Play developer account](https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/6112435) has a $25 one-time fee. HighLevel's guide asks for an organization account.

So year one costs about $6,088: $5,964 for the add-on, $99 for Apple and $25 for Google.

### Approval

1. Get your D-U-N-S Number and set up both developer accounts with admin access.
2. Publish a privacy policy and terms page on your site.
3. Brand the app and complete the store listing in the customizer.
4. Connect App Store Connect and Play Console, subscribe and start a build.
5. Submit for review. HighLevel's [Apple linking guide](https://help.gohighlevel.com/support/solutions/articles/155000007232?fp%5Fref=details) says first reviews "typically take 1-3 business days," longer around holidays.

One rule to remember: don't change the app's bundle identifier after your first production release. HighLevel's guide warns that it creates a new app and breaks updates for existing users.

## What the Free LeadConnector App Already Does

Before paying for a branded app, look at what your clients already get. HighLevel's [free mobile app](https://www.gohighlevel.com/post/free-mobile-app?fp%5Fref=details), called LeadConnector in the stores, covers conversations, notifications, point of sale, calendar and appointment views and contacts. Clients log in with the same details as on desktop.

For most day-to-day work, like replying to a lead, checking tomorrow's bookings or taking a payment, the free app does the job. What it doesn't do is carry your brand. Our guide to the [HighLevel mobile app](https://netpartners.marketing/gohighlevel-mobile-app-manage-leads-calls-and-campaigns-from-your-phone/) walks through its features.

So the real question isn't "can my clients use HighLevel on their phones?" They already can. It's "is my brand on their home screen worth $497 a month?"

## At How Many Clients Does the Math Work?

With Apple's fee spread over the year, the branded app costs about $505.25 a month. Here's what each client would need to pay you for the app alone to cover it:

| Clients on the app | Extra per client per month to break even |
| ------------------ | ---------------------------------------- |
| 5 | $101.05 |
| 10 | $50.52 |
| 20 | $25.26 |
| 30 | $16.84 |
| 50 | $10.11 |

A few ways to read it:

- **Under 10 clients:** hard to justify, unless the app helps you win bigger deals or you're building a SaaS brand from day one.
- **10 to 20 clients:** it works if the branded app is part of a premium tier that clients pay more for.
- **20 clients and up:** the per-client cost gets small, and a branded app helps your SaaS feel like a real product.

These are break-even numbers, not profit. Your time to set up the developer accounts, write the store listing and handle reviews counts too. Our [SaaS Mode billing guide](https://netpartners.marketing/highlevel-saas-mode-stripe-billing-rebilling/) shows how to build a premium tier into your plans.

## A Branded Desktop App as the Cheaper Option

If the goal is "clients should see my brand, not HighLevel's," you can get most of the way without the mobile add-on. HighLevel's pricing FAQ says you can white-label the desktop web app so clients see your branding.

- Clients log in at your own address, like app.youragency.com.
- They see your logo, colors and support links.
- Custom menu links can point to your help docs, upgrade page or booking link.

Our guide to [building a branded client portal](https://netpartners.marketing/create-a-branded-client-portal-with-gohighlevel-boost-retention-and-perceived-value/) covers the setup. Many agencies start here, use the free LeadConnector app on phones and add the custom mobile app once they have enough clients to cover it.

## Frequently Asked Questions

### How much is HighLevel's white-label mobile app?

HighLevel's pricing page lists it as an add-on at $497 a month. It's included with the Enterprise plan, which is custom priced. Apple's developer program ($99 a year) and Google Play ($25 one time) are extra.

### Do I need my own Apple and Google developer accounts?

Yes. HighLevel's guide asks for an Apple Developer Program organization account, which needs a D-U-N-S Number, and a Google Play Console organization account. Apple individual accounts aren't supported.

### How long does App Store approval take?

HighLevel says first-time Apple reviews typically take 1 to 3 business days, and longer around holidays. Google's timing varies too.

### Is the free HighLevel app branded?

The free app is called LeadConnector in the app stores. It carries the LeadConnector name, not yours, but it covers conversations, notifications, calendars, contacts and point of sale.

### Is the white-label app worth it?

It depends on client count. To cover about $505 a month, you'd need $50 extra from each of 10 clients or $25 from each of 20\. Under 10 clients, a branded desktop app plus the free mobile app is usually the better value.

### What's a cheaper way to brand HighLevel for clients?

White-label the desktop web app on your own domain, with your logo and colors. Clients get your brand on desktop and can use the free LeadConnector app on their phones.
