HighLevel Updates: New Features for June 1-5, 2026
The first week of June 2026 was a heavy one for HighLevel, with changes landing across Voice AI, prospecting, reporting, payments, compliance, and the mobile apps. Several fix problems agencies hit every day: call data locked inside the platform, syncs that failed silently, and wallet spend that was hard to explain to a client.
Voice AI Gets Natural Openings and Exportable Data
A new User Speaks First mode lets a voice agent listen silently when a call connects, then fall back to your saved welcome message after a silence threshold you set between 0.2 and 19.8 seconds. A backend safeguard still forces that greeting into the agent's first generated reply word for word, so disclosure timing stays intact, and the setting carries through the agent builder, duplication, snapshots, and templates.
Agent Call Logs now export up to 50 filtered rows to CSV, or only the rows you check, with agent and contact names, direction, status, duration, executed actions, workflow, summary, and transcript included, and completed calls get a recording download button. Call Transfer also accepts optional extension or menu keys so callers reach the right desk instead of another phone menu, and both Call Transfer and Update Contact Field arrived as native flow-builder actions. For anyone reselling Voice AI services, compliance reporting and client reviews no longer require API access. The Voice AI overview covers the wider feature set.
AI Assistants That Multitask and Report Back
Ask AI now runs up to 10 conversations in parallel and keeps working after you close the panel or switch sub-accounts, sending a clickable notification when a session finishes, fails, or needs a decision. Conversations stay isolated per account, so nothing bleeds between clients.
The workflow assistant gained analytics and discovery sub-agents. Ask in plain language how a workflow is performing and get entries over a period, status breakdowns, completion rates, goal conversions, drop-off points, branch percentages, and email or SMS engagement. Trigger diagnostics expose silent rejections by showing what share of fires qualified and why contacts were turned away, and the assistant only reads data. AI Studio also began asking visual questions about palette, typography, and layout before it builds.
Prospect AI Becomes a Multi-Agent Engine
You can now run several Prospect AI agents at once, each with its own niche, location, search radius, filters, and enrichment settings, so one chases dentists in one metro while another works contractors elsewhere. Monthly capacity rose from roughly 10 to 15 prospects to 50 on basic prospecting and 100 on premium, counted per account, with a dashboard showing allowance, leads already assigned, and remaining room.
Scheduling also stopped wasting cycles: an agent created midweek for a later day now runs in the current week, and the same applies monthly. You can pick which audit sections generate per prospect and whether a CRM contact is created. Marketing Audit lead-gen widgets also gained custom labels, placeholder text, and required or optional settings across all six fields.
Social Planner Adds LinkedIn Polls and Alt Text
Native LinkedIn polls can now be built in the composer: a question up to 140 characters, two to four options of up to 30 characters, and a duration of 1, 3, 7, or 14 days, with a live preview. Polls work with instant publishing, scheduling, recurring posts, the category queue, CSV upload, and drafts, but cannot be paired with media. Images also gained alt text, editable per carousel image and passed only to networks that accept it. Both keep work that used to happen inside native apps within your approval workflow.
Reporting, Billing, and Audit Visibility
SMS joined email and calls as a first-class reporting module with five widgets: SMS by Status, Incoming SMS Count, SMS by Source Type, SMS by Sender, and SMS Volume Over Time. Each supports AND/OR logic and filters for status, direction, source, sender, and workflow, so client delivery reports no longer mean scrolling conversation threads.
The agency wallet Billing Dashboard was rebuilt around usage overview, per sub-account breakdown, spend by activity and product, wallet and recharge with Smart Adjustment, a searchable three-month transaction log, and receipts back to January 2024. Audit Logs now also record contact preference and subscription type changes, including who changed what and the previous versus updated values.
Payments, Ecommerce, and Field Service Integrations
Accounting Sync adds a live dashboard for QuickBooks, Xero, and Wave showing how many invoices, transactions, and contacts synced and which failed. Open any record, read the failure reason, and retry it without a support ticket. It is web only, and Wave currently covers invoices and contacts.
Workflows gained a Housecall Pro integration with Job Scheduled and Job Completed triggers plus a Create New Customer action. Store owners can drop product custom values such as name, price, SKU, and stock status into text elements on product detail pages, with variant values updating as shoppers switch options. A QR code icon also appeared beside the funnel URL for one-click codes that auto-link to the current step, handy for promoting funnels and landing pages offline.
Compliance, White Label, and Security Hardening
Australian local numbers now have an in-app path to the July 1, 2026 know your customer deadline, with a countdown banner, Bundle Required or KYC Linked tags per number, and one approved business bundle per sub-account covering every Australian local number you own.
White label partners can share grey-labeled API documentation on the LeadConnector domain. Funnel and site preview URLs also moved off application and white-label domains onto branded, API, or LeadConnector domains, closing a path where custom code on a preview page could read session cookies and authentication tokens.
Mobile and Media Library Upgrades
Mobile version 4.14 fixed cross-device rich text rendering, so spacing, blockquotes, blank lines, and email snippets survive the trip between web and phone. Version 4.15 added SMS and RCS reaction messages to conversations.
Media Storage now accepts camera RAW, Photoshop, InDesign, CAD and 3D assets, motion graphics and music project files, databases, and 7z archives, and rejected uploads explain why. Files also preview in the browser, including PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, audio, 3D models, and code. Community meeting rooms gained full screen sharing, per-viewer zoom, system audio, and 1080p at 30 frames per second.
Smaller Improvements Worth Noting
- Shared form pipeline mapping: sharing a form with opportunity fields now creates the required pipeline in the destination location and maps the form to it automatically.
- Meta lead form drafts: Ad Manager can save a Facebook lead form as a draft, with validation that blocks unmapped forms from going live.
- Marketplace support tickets: raise a ticket on an installed third-party app with attachments and reply to the developer without leaving the platform.
- Membership questions to custom fields: community membership answers map to CRM custom fields and sync to the contact record on join.
- Better audio understanding: Conversations AI transcription improved accuracy and added languages including Arabic, Bengali, Hebrew, Persian, Tagalog, Tamil, and Urdu.
- HubSpot importer in beta: notes and tasks migrate with their associations, and selective field import keeps unused fields out of your account. If a move is on the table, this platform comparison is worth reading first.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to enable anything to export Voice AI call logs?
No. Export and recording downloads went live for all Voice AI users with no lab flags. Two limits apply: each export pulls a maximum of 50 rows matching your active filters, and a download requires a completed call with a valid recording.
What happens if Australian numbers are not linked to a bundle by July 1, 2026?
Updated rules require every new and existing Australian local number to be tied to a verified business. Create one Business regulatory bundle in the sub-account, submit it with matching documentation, then link it to each number once approved so calls and messages keep flowing.
Where do the new SMS reporting widgets live?
Open Dashboards, click Edit dashboard, choose Add widget, and scroll to the SMS section. The same widgets appear in reporting and custom metrics. The full month is collected in our June 2026 HighLevel updates roundup, and pre-release items sit on our beta watch page.
