HighLevel Updates: New Features for June 15-19, 2026
The week of June 15 through June 19, 2026 brought a dense batch of HighLevel releases aimed at work that quietly eats agency hours: connecting review profiles, cleaning up published posts, proving response times, and keeping AI output on brand. For the full month in one place, see our June 2026 HighLevel update roundup.
Voice AI: Exact Wording or Natural Phrasing
Voice AI agents gained a Prompt / Static Sentence toggle on the "What to say" field across Call Transfer, SMS, Workflow, and Custom Action steps. Static Sentence, the new default, makes the agent read your line word for word, while Prompt treats it as an instruction the agent rephrases naturally. The character limit also moved from 500 to 600.
That resolves a real conflict: disclaimers stay verbatim while a transfer handoff can sound human. Existing agents keep their behavior. Our Voice AI setup guide covers configuration, and the Voice AI feature page lists what is included.
Reputation Detects Review Profiles Across 52+ Platforms
Reputation now scans more than 52 review sites for existing listings, including Google Business Profile, Facebook, Yelp, Trustpilot, and TripAdvisor. Each result shows the platform, business name, and review count before you connect, so you can prioritize listings with real social proof. A Top Recommendation card flags the best profile first, and one click connects every recommended platform.
Matches carry confidence labels and wrong results can be dismissed, while in-app notifications fire when new high-confidence sites are found for a sub-account. For client onboarding at scale, this turns a manual profile hunt into minutes of review. See our reputation management overview for packaging ideas.
Social Posting and Messaging Channels Expand
Social Planner can finally delete published posts. A "Delete this post from {platform}" checkbox decides whether the takedown also hits the live network. It covers Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, and Community. Instagram, X, and TikTok block outside deletion, so those leave Social Planner only. Expired accounts get a one-click reconnect button in the dialog.
Instagram entered Labs with a direct connection that needs no linked Facebook Page, syncing Instagram Direct conversations into the CRM and triggering workflows. The Wait action also accepts TikTok Interactive Messenger as a reply channel, so a workflow pauses until a prospect answers a TikTok DM, then resumes automatically.
Dashboards Gain SLA Tracking and Source Grouping
The Conversations widget section added four SLA widgets: SLA met trend, SLA breached trend, average response time trend, and SLA performance. Break results down by inbound time, assigned user, or message channel across call, SMS, email, web chat, and social channels. SLA counts also feed Custom Metrics, so client-facing response reporting no longer needs a data export.
Contacts widgets picked up Group By Source, matching Opportunities. Agencies also received an Email Services dashboard with six domain health states driven by bounce rate under 2 percent, spam complaints under 0.1 percent, and open rate above 15 percent, plus a health timeline and sub-account buckets, for agencies created on or after April 27, 2026.
AI Content Tools Stay On Brand
Blog Post AI can now apply Brand Boards during generation. Pick a Brand Voice for tone and a Design Kit for visual consistency, or create either without leaving the Blogs workflow. That means far less rewriting when publishing for multiple clients.
AI Studio connected to the Media Library across chat, Visual Edits, and Publish: attach stored images as AI references, swap an image element without a prompt, and set favicon and social images from existing assets, which now stay with the project through remixes and snapshots. Ask AI image generation added full aspect ratio support, from 1:1 and 4:5 through 9:16 and 21:9. Email builders gained Global Custom Fonts managed in Brand Boards, where one update cascades to every template using that font. More in our HighLevel AI features guide.
Builder and Workflow Upgrades
The website and funnel builder added search inside the Layers panel. Type an element name, type, or ID to get a flat result list, then click through to that element or hide, edit, clone, and delete from the overflow menu. Matching is case insensitive. Comparing builders? See the funnel platform comparison.
Calendly is now a full Workflows integration with five triggers and nine actions over OAuth. Four fire instantly by webhook: invitee created, invitee canceled, invitee no show created, and new routing form submission. Host cancellations poll every five minutes. Actions cover one-off meetings, booking for an invitee, canceling events, marking no-shows, and managing Calendly contacts, enabling booking confirmation with CRM sync, cancellation recovery, and no-show follow-up without manual work. Separately, Opportunity Owners and Followers now work as If/Else conditions, and Meta campaigns run pre-publish validation that flags missing fields inline.
Mobile App Improvements
WhatsApp calling arrived in the mobile app after its web release. Tap the call button in a conversation, choose WhatsApp Call, and the thread keeps the call and its permission records together. Inbound calls work across multiple sub-accounts with no setup, and every call lands in the central call logs, removing the number-swapping step that kills momentum on hot leads. Our WhatsApp guide covers setup and the WhatsApp feature page lists the details.
Email Campaigns on mobile was rebuilt. Search by name, filter by status, and open any send for metadata, an inline preview, and a statistics tab covering delivery, open, click, conversion, and bounce rates, calculated with the same logic as the web app. It shipped June 12, 2026 on version 4.18 and above.
Payments and Accounting Fixes
The Xero integration gained two sync controls: choose which contacts import, from all contacts to only customers, suppliers, or specific Xero groups, and decide whether suppliers join your contact list or route to business records. Both default to the old behavior. Keeping vendors out of your lead list makes segmentation cleaner.
Agency signups on Indian-issued cards now work correctly. The payment method is created before the authentication charge so Stripe sets up an RBI compliant e-mandate, confirmed through 3DS on the billing page. Renewals under 15,000 rupees then process without per-cycle friction, where previously they failed silently.
Smaller Improvements Worth Noting
- The Emails Public API moved to V3, adding endpoints to fetch an email, workflow, bulk action, or template by ID.
- Workflow Builder loads about four times faster and gained a quick access sidebar toggle.
- Media Library remembers the last folder you visited in My Media.
- SaaS plans can now be configured up to 99 per account.
- Rentals calendar sync respects configured rental times instead of blocking full days.
- The review widget supports dot-style pagination, and German and Swedish translations were fixed.
- Bug fixes covered drip campaign creation, drip campaign review filters, and QR builder edits not saving.
- HighLevel University published a Voice AI course covering launch, scaling, and client packaging.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the new Voice AI toggle change how my existing agents speak?
No. Agents configured before this release keep their behavior, and only new configurations default to Static Sentence. Switch an action to Prompt if you want natural phrasing instead of a verbatim line.
Can I delete a published post from every social network inside Social Planner?
Not every one. Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, and Community support it. Instagram, X, and TikTok block outside deletion, so those posts leave Social Planner only.
Who gets the new Email Services agency dashboard?
Agencies created on or after April 27, 2026. Older agencies are unaffected for now, with a migration scheduled for the end of Q2 2026.
