GoHighLevel July 2026 Releases: Super Agents Go Autonomous, the Unified Client Portal and AI Employee Reselling Tiers

GoHighLevel July 2026 releases: Super Agents with schedules, triggers and MCP connectors, multi-bot Conversation AI, unified Client Portal with rebuilt Communities, $50 AI Employee reselling tier, Claude MCP endpoint. What changed and what to do.

July 2026 was the month Super Agents became useful and the Client Portal became one product. Super Agents gained schedules, triggers, outside app connectors and a guided builder. Conversation AI moved to multi-bot channel management. Communities, courses, billing and shared files were rebuilt inside a unified Client Portal. And agencies got two resellable AI Employee tiers. This roundup is compiled from the weekly release radars for 29 June to 31 July and the official changelog. It covers the releases that change how an agency sells, bills or delivers.

TLDR

  • Super Agents: scheduled and event triggers, MCP connectors for Make, Fathom, Calendly, Canva and OpenArt, a guided builder that edits instead of regenerating, and AI audit logging.
  • Conversation AI: multi-bot Channel Management in Labs, so one sub-account can run different bots per channel.
  • AI Employee reselling: a $50 Growth tier with usage limits and a higher tier, sold from the Reselling page.
  • Client Portal unified: courses, communities, dashboards, billing and shared files on one foundation, with Communities rebuilt inside it.
  • HighLevel launched an OAuth MCP endpoint for Claude clients. Global Search V2 entered Labs.
  • Workflows: User Replied trigger, Associate Records action, Jira integration, and AI Builder that follows scoped edit instructions.
  • Sites became AI-search ready with per-domain llms.txt style controls. Forms can generate a PDF of every submission.

Super Agents Go Autonomous

Super Agents in Agent Studio received scheduled triggers (run once at a set time or on a cadence) and event triggers that react to CRM changes. Five MCP connectors arrived: Make, Fathom, Calendly, Canva and OpenArt, with custom MCP connections alongside. The Super Agent Builder now behaves like a guided editor, so asking for one change edits that one thing instead of regenerating the agent. AI audit logging records what agents did. Team permissions were tightened at the same time.

What it means: an agent can now run a weekly reporting job, react to a stage change and post to an outside tool without a workflow around it. Snapshot it once it works. See the AI Employee guide.

Conversation AI and Voice AI

Channel Management for Conversation AI, rolling out through Labs, removes the old one-bot-per-sub-account limit. Different bots can own SMS, web chat, Instagram and email. Voice AI's Phone and Availability tab was rebuilt into a single Deploy tab with phone settings, call routing and chat widget configuration in one place. Prospect AI was redesigned around visibility and pipeline, and Ask AI gained guided templates.

AI Employee Reselling Tiers

Agencies can resell two AI Employee tiers from the Reselling page: Growth, a $50 plan with defined usage limits for clients that need a bot but not unlimited usage, and a higher tier above it. This changes the SaaS Mode maths for small clients. Pricing detail is in the AI pricing guide.

Client Portal, Communities and Events

The Client Portal now runs on one foundation that brings courses, communities, dashboards, billing and shared files together. Communities was rebuilt inside it alongside GoKollab. Portal contacts get in-app and push notifications when a file is shared. Event pages opened full text customisation in beta, so every attendee-facing string is editable in the design editor.

Workflows and CRM

A User Replied trigger fires when a team member, not a customer, responds. The Wait step gained more conditions. An Associate Records action in Labs links contacts, companies and opportunities automatically. A Jira integration arrived. The AI Builder in the workflow editor follows scoped instructions with far more precision and handles bulk edits. Global Search V2, rebuilt and indexing more than 530 pages across agency and sub-account levels, entered Labs.

Calendars, Payments and Reputation

Service bookings can be fully edited after payment: add or remove services, change add-ons, swap staff. Meta campaigns in Ad Manager show an Opportunity Score before publishing and support custom values. Gift cards can be redeemed while collecting payment on a customer's behalf. Review requests can go out from a chosen phone number and email set at location level, and Reputation gained a target window control.

Sites, Forms and Social

Funnels and Websites support a per-domain setting for AI search crawlers, and three releases pushed sites toward AI-driven search visibility. Forms, surveys and quizzes can generate a formatted PDF of every submission and save progress. Buttons gained hover animations and templates load faster. Social Planner added Threads comment management, post sync and alerts. The mobile app gained WhatsApp calling and a Payments tab.

Integrations

HighLevel launched an OAuth-based MCP endpoint for Anthropic's Claude clients, including Claude.ai and Claude Code, so an agency can query and act on its account from a Claude session. The WordPress AI page builder remembers business information across sessions.

What To Do About It

  1. Reprice small clients on the $50 AI Employee Growth tier and keep unlimited usage for the clients that need it.
  2. Build one scheduled Super Agent for weekly client reporting and snapshot it.
  3. Turn on the AI search crawler setting on every client site and check the llms.txt output.
  4. Move any client running courses and a community onto the unified Client Portal before the old surfaces are retired.
  5. Connect the Claude MCP endpoint if your team uses Claude for account work.
