HighLevel Updates: New Features for August 11-15, 2025

Copy workflow actions across workflows, a self-service white-label mobile app builder, custom KPI metrics and branded listings reports.

The middle week of August 2025 closed a long-standing workflow gap and handed agencies more infrastructure to run on. Workflow steps can now move between workflows, a branded mobile app can be published without a developer, and reporting gained user-defined KPIs. Here is what shipped between August 11 and August 15, 2025, and what each change means for agencies and small businesses.

Workflow Actions Now Move Between Workflows

A single action or an entire downstream block can be copied out of one workflow and pasted into another, across browser tabs, for any workflow in the same sub-account. Use Copy Action or Copy All Actions From Here in an action three-dot menu, then Quick Paste in the destination. The clipboard holds for fifteen minutes, and pasted steps are validated before saving.

This request carried 764 votes. Agencies running the same nurture or reactivation logic across dozens of client accounts stop rebuilding it by hand. Internal email notifications inside workflows also accept CC and BCC recipients now, matching the standard email action.

Ship a Branded Mobile App Without a Developer

The white-labeled mobile app customizer became fully self-service. A guided flow covers app icons, light and dark logos, colors and fonts, then module selection across Conversations, Contacts, Point of Sale, Opportunities and more, plus whether they sit in the bottom bar or a left drawer. Package names generate automatically to reduce store rejections, wizards walk through linking App Store Connect and Google Play Console, and builds trigger from the customizer with live status.

Prerequisites are a valid DUNS number plus Apple and Google organization developer accounts, with builds enabled by a monthly or quarterly subscription. A live store listing inside a month is credibility you can put straight into a proposal. Our platform overview explains where white labeling fits the agency model.

Custom Metrics Let You Define Your Own KPIs

Dashboards and custom reports gained a custom metric builder. Combine numbers across data sources such as contacts and opportunities in a formula editor with live validation, operators and numeric constants, starting from scratch or by cloning an existing metric. Set the display type to integer, float, currency or percentage, and declare whether an increase reads as positive or negative.

The result behaves like any other widget: add it to a dashboard or custom report, theme the chart, optionally compare against the previous period, and carry it inside snapshots. Cost per booked appointment or pipeline velocity no longer needs a spreadsheet export. Our CRM guide covers how the underlying data is organized.

Listings Gains Guided Setup and Branded Reports

A five-step onboarding widget now sits on the Listings dashboard: submit the entity form, add business hours, connect Google and Facebook, add services and keywords, and add social media URLs. It stays visible until complete, ranks entities that hold a subscription but an unfinished form first, and can be skipped without losing work.

Agencies also got white-labeled analytics reports. Choose all entities or a single one, set a date range, pick which graphs appear, add a headline and your own logo, then download a PDF or email it from the platform. Access is limited to agency users and admins, and Yext entities are supported at launch.

The prospecting audit report became a cross-sell path too. When a location scores below 90 on listings visibility, a Fix It button opens a pitch page covering listings management, real-time sync and analytics. Our listings guide covers the fundamentals.

Compliance Guardrails on Phone Number Bundles

Deleting a regulatory bundle or address now opens a confirmation modal showing type, country and bundle ID, and deletion is blocked with a tooltip when the item is in use. New address bundles pre-fill business details from the location profile, and every field stays editable. The selection modal defaults to Address Bundle, and both options carry descriptions and Learn More links.

Deleting an approved bundle by accident can knock numbers out of compliance and stall provisioning for a client. These are cheap guardrails against an expensive afternoon.

WordPress Hosting Adds a Plugin Troubleshooter

A tool in the hosting dashboard scans active plugins and disables them in batches to isolate whichever one broke the site, checking after each round whether things look fixed. Required plugins can be flagged and left alone, the culprit is deactivated with one click, and it still runs when a site shows a white screen.

Nine industry templates joined the website library: business coach, automotive detailing, day spa, life insurance, photographer, grooming, legal family attorney, real estate and growth studio. Both changes shorten the distance between a sold site and a delivered one.

New Agency Controls Over Naming, Visibility and Spend

The SaaS Configurator added a default naming convention for sub-accounts created through platform funnel checkouts. Pick the company name captured at checkout instead of naming accounts after the buyer. A sub-account list that reads as business names is searchable at a glance.

LaunchPad visibility is now configurable per sub-account, per SaaS plan, and per user role at both agency and sub-account level, with everything on by default and no existing access changed. Agencies running their own training program can hide the built-in guided content where it would conflict. App Marketplace also added daily usage limits for usage-priced apps, set by owners and admins on a consolidated settings page, so services billing through APIs stay inside a budget line.

RSS Posts to Communities and Dynamic Ad Audiences

Social Planner RSS posts can publish straight into community groups. A Community Options section adds a title, a notify-members choice and group selection, and each group requires naming the user who posts on its behalf. Duplicate and invalid feed items are skipped, and publishing continues as the feed updates. Separately, Ad Manager customer list audiences built from smart lists can now be static or dynamic: static locks in the contacts present at creation, which suits controlled tests, while dynamic keeps the audience in sync as contacts enter and leave the list.

Smaller Improvements Worth Noting

  • Snapshots became inspectable: click one on the Account Snapshots page to list every asset inside it, with a search bar, across owned, shared and imported tabs.
  • Media library gains: uploads return a direct link immediately, the folder panel collapses and expands, and the list view renamed Uploaded On to Updated On, with edited files jumping to the top.
  • Message Details in Conversations now populates To and From for outbound messages that previously showed empty values.
  • Badge editing hides the toolbar while rotating objects, adds a move icon for small elements and matches template borders to the final preview.
  • The GPT action in workflows is available at a five percent discount to market price, and an app uninstall API landed in the App Marketplace.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can workflow actions be copied into a different sub-account?

No. Copying works only within the same sub-account, though it does work across browser tabs. Copied steps stay on the clipboard for fifteen minutes.

What does an agency need before building a white-labeled mobile app?

A valid DUNS number, an Apple organization developer account and a Google organization developer account, plus a monthly or quarterly subscription to enable builds and publishing.

Which listings entities support the new white-labeled analytics reports?

Yext entities at launch, with Uberall support planned for a future update. Accounts holding a mix of both must generate reports one entity at a time.
