HighLevel Updates: New Features for December 8-12, 2025
The second week of December 2025 shipped one of the denser release batches of the quarter, with upgrades landing in Voice AI, Social Planner, workflow building, billing and payment reporting. Several changes strip out manual work that multi-client agencies have absorbed for years. For the full month in one place, see our December 2025 update roundup.
Voice AI Books Across Multiple Calendars
A voice agent can now hold several calendars at once and pick the right one from what the caller actually says, weighing the whole conversation instead of matching keywords. A request for a product walkthrough lands on the demo calendar; a first-time patient goes to intake. Setup is lighter because the platform can draft each calendar description and its trigger phrases for you. Requests you do not serve no longer dead-end: the agent offers alternatives, and a repeated ask can route to a fallback calendar or leave a message. One phone number can now cover consultations, demos and onboarding without a person triaging every ring. Our Voice AI overview walks through setup, and the official Voice AI page lists capabilities.
Voice Agent Prompts Are Now Visible and Editable
The system prompts behind each agent are readable, and personality is editable. You can inspect the modules governing booking logic, date and time interpretation, email confirmation, how numbers and symbols get spoken aloud, and the tone rules behind its personality. Core guardrails stay locked and one click restores the tested default, so troubleshooting means reading the rule that produced a behavior instead of guessing. Turn it on from Labs in agency settings. Agent lists also gained folders with bulk move and delete, grouping and sorting controls, and a ceiling raised from 40 agents to 100.
Forms, Surveys and Quizzes Get Real Design Controls
Three upgrades hit the builder. Top margin controls now live in the Styles and Layout panel, so spacing above and below content no longer needs custom CSS, and blank fields keep existing defaults. Headings, text blocks and terms elements gained inline rich text formatting plus independent desktop and mobile settings for background, padding, border and font weight, including shorter mobile-only copy. The post-submission message got the same treatment: a rich editor with headline and subtext structure, an optional blurred overlay that matches your background image, and device-level control over padding, margins and corner radius. Everything renders in a live preview, turning a generic confirmation screen into a branded close.
Social Planner Adds Threads and Bluesky Analytics
Threads and Bluesky performance now appears in the same dashboard as every other channel: post volume against the prior seven days, daily trend graphs, likes, comments and engagement rate. Impressions are Bluesky-only because Threads does not expose reach, and neither returns demographic data. It lives under Marketing, Social Planner, Statistics. Watermarks also became per-account instead of global, so you upload a PNG up to 5MB, assign it to specific accounts or all of them in one click, and automated queue posts inherit the assignment. Agencies juggling client brands stop swapping one shared file between posts. Post creation also picked up icon tooltips, active or inactive badges on category queues, an empty state for new users, and a toggle deciding whether an Instagram Reel also posts to the main feed.
Faster Workflow Building, Plus Inbound DND
Do Not Disturb now works on inbound as well as outbound traffic. Both the contact DND trigger and the enable or disable action take a direction setting, and inbound coverage applies to calls and text messages, so spam traffic stops generating junk contacts and phantom opportunities. Existing configurations default to outbound and keep running untouched. Copying actions between workflows is clearer too: a glowing animation marks valid paste targets, hovering near the plus icon repastes, and the confirmation banner clears itself after eight seconds. The workflow switcher opens selections in the same tab, loads faster, scrolls infinitely, and lets you create, name, duplicate or delete without leaving the panel.
Wallet Invoices and Self-Serve Plan Upgrades
Agencies can download a monthly wallet usage document for every period back to January 2024 under Billing, Wallet and Transactions. Tax-bearing months produce an invoice and tax-free months a receipt, and invoices can be emailed in bulk, which retires a standing support request. Separately, self-serve upgrades extended to the second-generation SaaS billing system, so sub-accounts paying through Stripe, Square, NMI or Authorize.net can move up a tier from their own billing screen. Features unlock immediately while the charge falls on the next cycle, with no proration applied yet. That is expansion revenue captured without a sales conversation.
SaaS Revenue Analytics and Cleaner Payment Exports
A SaaS analytics tab arrived on the agency dashboard for accounts on the $497 plan. It reports recurring revenue by plan and splits movement into new, expansion, contraction, churned and reactivation components, alongside customer counts, plan distribution and average revenue per account. Most resellers were assembling that by hand. Payment exports for transactions, orders and subscriptions were rebuilt to separate tax added on top of prices from tax baked into them, carry line item name, price, quantity and product ID, split amount paid from amount due, and keep zero values distinct from blanks. Calls also gained custom dispositions that admins define, agents select from a post-call prompt in the web dialer, and workflows filter on to trigger follow-up.
Manual Reviews Enter Labs
Reputation Management can now record feedback collected outside connected platforms. Enable Manual Reviews in Labs, then add entries under Reputation, Reviews, Add Reviews with a customer name, rating, text, date, source, profile picture and photos, or import a validated CSV to migrate a legacy archive in bulk. Manual entries sit alongside fetched Google reviews, feed AI summaries, filter by source and render in every widget layout. Businesses that earn most of their praise in person can finally publish it. Our reputation software guide covers widget placement.
Smaller Improvements Worth Noting
- Communities gained a group setting that makes the profile picture and bio prompt optional for new members rather than mandatory.
- Community posts keep line breaks, bullets and spacing when they go out by email, and event invites generate more accurate calendar files.
- Event email templates can pull in a group name variable, and translation coverage across Communities expanded.
- SaaS accounts can issue usage credits automatically once a trial ends.
- The users API supports platform language settings for internal and public users.
- System emails fall back to the default template when a customized version breaks.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do existing DND automations need rebuilding for the inbound option?
No. Every trigger and action configured before this release defaults to outbound and behaves as it did. The direction setting is opt-in, so you only edit a workflow to act on inbound calls or text messages.
Which accounts can see the new SaaS analytics tab?
The tab is limited to agencies on the $497 plan. Recurring revenue, churn and customer cohort reporting are part of the advanced reseller toolset tied to that tier.
Is Manual Reviews generally available yet?
Not yet. It ships through Labs, so an admin has to enable it under Settings and Labs before the Add Reviews option appears in Reputation. Labs features can still change before a full rollout.
