HighLevel Updates: New Features for Feb 23-27, 2026
The final week of February 2026 brought a dense set of platform releases, with the heaviest activity in data migration, snapshots, agency reporting, and AI tooling. Here is what shipped and what it changes for agencies and small businesses. The full month sits in our February 2026 HighLevel updates roundup.
Bulk Import and Export Tools Get a Major Upgrade
Company records now export in bulk from the Companies table. Tick the ones you want and use Export, or pull the whole list from the three dot menu. A progress modal tracks completion, and the CSV carries every field, so sharing data with a client or an accountant no longer means extracting rows one at a time.
Custom Objects gained a CSV importer that maps primary and custom fields, including Owner and Followers, and can create, update, or do both in one run. You choose the unique field for deduplication, and a new Bulk Actions page lets you pause, resume, or cancel a job and read row level errors. A Companies importer with duplicate detection by Company ID is live in Labs. Together they turn migrating client data off a platform like HubSpot into a one pass job.
Snapshots Now Carry WordPress Sites and LinkedIn Campaigns
Snapshots now support WordPress. A checkbox under the Sites category in the Select Assets modal lets you pick which sites to bundle, and each restores automatically when the snapshot deploys into a new sub-account, with pages, themes, plugins, and settings intact. A standard client site build becomes a reusable package.
LinkedIn ad campaigns joined Account Snapshots too, preserving the campaign group, campaign, and ad hierarchy in both the create and load flows. Conflict handling matches existing Google and Meta behavior, and imported campaigns always arrive as drafts, so a missing LinkedIn connection never blocks a load. Lead gen forms, reporting data, and ad credentials do not transfer.
Messaging: RCS Opens in Closed Beta, Toll-Free Rules Tighten
Rich Communication Services messaging entered a closed beta limited to three or four sub-accounts while delivery, routing, and compliance behavior are validated. Phase one covers basic sending, rich template creation with bulk send, and carrier aligned compliance checks; workflow sending, one to one conversations, sender ID onboarding APIs, and wider access come later. We track early access items on our beta watch page.
Toll-free verification now asks for a business DBA name, legal entity type, and, for anything but a sole proprietor, registration authority, number, and country. Political election campaign use cases must carry a valid Campaign Verify auth token as of February 17, 2026. For everyone else, the extra fields mean fewer bounced submissions.
Conversation AI and Agent Studio Gain Real Control
Conversation AI bots now have a Response Style setting. Enable Response Settings in Bot Settings and choose Concise (about 30 words), Balanced (about 80), or Detailed (about 200). It applies per bot, so a booking assistant and a support bot can behave differently without prompt rewrites, and it works with form, prompt, and flow based bots.
Agent Studio added a conversational assistant that generates agents from plain language, edits existing ones in place, previews the proposed graph before applying it, and runs a smoke test plus a generated test suite inside the interface. It keeps the last three interactions per agent version, streams responses in real time, and can search the web while building.
A separate release adds Deploy to API. Promote a version, choose a Private Integration Token with the agent studio read and write scopes, and the builder produces ready to run cURL, Python, and JavaScript snippets with headers and token filled in. That connects an agent to outside systems in minutes and makes the wider AI toolset far more usable for client work.
Workflow Building Gets Faster
The AI workflow builder now averages 27.7 seconds per generation, down from 59.7, a 52.8 percent cut with no change in accuracy. The gain came from rebuilding how workflows assemble, not swapping models, and it applies to custom prompts as well as templates. AI Builder sits in Labs with a broad rollout planned for March.
The Advanced Builder also accepts drag and drop steps that connect themselves, dropped at the end of a branch or between two nodes, and unconfigured steps will not run. Version history now spans both builders, remembering which one created each version and reopening it on restore.
Reselling Reporting and a Rebuilt SaaS Setup
A new Reselling tab on the Agency Dashboard splits usage products from subscription products. The usage view totals rebilled revenue, cost, and profit, breaks each down by product, and charts growth over time, with filters by sub-account, product, and date. The subscription view tracks reselling revenue, MRR, monthly revenue by product, and top products. Set against your own plan costs, margin per service stops being guesswork.
New SaaS agencies also get a step based checklist inside the SaaS Configurator: connect a payment provider, set a base currency, create plans from templates or manually, and generate a shareable sale link. Steps expand inline with no redirects and progress saves for later. Onboarding drove roughly 40 percent of SaaS support tickets, so faster activation is the point.
Content, Calendars, and a Desktop App
The blog importer moved to a clearer scan, review, map, import progression with fixed navigation and the option to add missing categories, authors, and tags mid import. Mapped posts publish and unmapped posts land as drafts, so a CMS migration finishes in one pass.
A Schema Markup Generator entered Labs in the website and funnel builder, with more than 140 schema types, a guided form view, a JSON view, validation on save, and markup written into the page head at publish. The SEO panel is now called SEO and AI search optimization. Structured data is what makes a page eligible for rich results and AI citations, which is real upside for local businesses.
Canva connects inside Media Storage through Labs until March 25, 2026, letting you browse, edit, download, and import designs without tab switching, one account per sub-account. Calendar settings were regrouped into basic details, staff and location, availability, booking rules, and advanced settings, each with helper text and a wider layout. A LeadConnector desktop app for macOS and Windows also shipped, adding native notifications and fewer browser related crashes.
Smaller Improvements Worth Noting
- Custom Object sorting: list views sort by custom fields such as price, status, or renewal date, from the sort dropdown or a column header.
- Record IDs on screen: Custom Objects, Companies, and Tasks show record IDs in list views and detail views.
- Template Params API: up to 42 percent faster responses and a 30x reduction in database reads.
- Courses: importing course assets from Media Storage is entering Labs.
- Beginner training: an updated course covering agency and sub-account views joined the University Learning tab, a good companion to a platform overview.
- Coming soon: AI Sites, SLA reporting with a workflow trigger, and tablet mode in the page editor.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can my sub-account send RCS messages yet?
Only sub-accounts selected for the closed beta, currently three or four, can send RCS. Access stays internally controlled while carrier behavior and delivery are validated, with wider availability planned for later phases.
Do the toll-free changes affect numbers I already had approved?
Yes, for political election campaign use cases. Since February 17, 2026, new and existing toll-free verifications in that category need a valid Campaign Verify auth token or they can be rejected. Other businesses only see extra fields on the form.
How do I get the faster AI workflow builder?
Enable AI Builder in Labs at the agency level. A broad rollout is scheduled for March, but switching it on now delivers the 52.8 percent speed gain immediately.
Try These Features Yourself
This week favors agencies running many client accounts: snapshots that carry more of the build, imports that survive a real migration, and reporting that shows which resold services earn their keep.
