HighLevel Updates: New Features for February 9-13, 2026

Payment providers per channel, split business hours, duplicate listing suppression, Agent Studio folders, and voice driven workflow building.

The second week of February 2026 centered on operational control: where payments are collected, how local listings appear, and how automations are debugged. Here is what shipped between February 9 and February 13, and what it means for agencies and small businesses. The full month sits in our February 2026 HighLevel updates roundup.

Payment Providers Can Be Set Per Channel

A sub-account is no longer tied to one default processor. Each selling surface can use its own connected payment provider, with Live and Test modes set separately, and the channel setting overrides the account default. Coverage includes one step and two step funnel order forms, forms, stores, calendars, invoices, invoice auto payments, payment links, courses, communities, and surveys. Configure it under Payments, then Integrations, then Configure Providers.

That lets you route transactions by fee structure or regional coverage and trial a new processor in Test mode without touching live checkout. Wider channel coverage and per offering control are both planned.

Listings Adds Split Hours and Duplicate Suppression

Business hours now match how businesses actually run. A single day can hold several time blocks, so lunch closures and split shifts stop being a workaround, and days can be marked as 24 hours, closed, or open without set hours, with a copy to all days control for the rest of the week. Yext and Uberall are both supported.

Yext users also get duplicate suppression. Monthly scans flag possible duplicate listings across major directories, one tab tracks status, and you can request removal or mark a false positive as not a duplicate. Clearing scattered records is a cheap local ranking win. Our listings management overview covers setup.

Workflows Gain Voice Input and Sharper Debugging

AI Builder and AI Assistant now accept spoken input. Click the microphone, describe the automation in any supported language, and it is transcribed into a workflow you can review before launching. Chat editing also extends to If-Else and Wait actions: add or remove branches, swap AND and OR operators, replace conditions, adjust delay windows and reply conditions, or convert a multi branch reply wait into a simple delay, with downstream actions preserved. AI Builder is enabled through Labs.

Highlight Contact Path meanwhile shows error nodes, skipped nodes, entry and exit markers, and contacts still in progress. Tracing a broken follow up sequence now takes a glance rather than a manual audit.

Agent Studio Adds Folders and Bulk Controls

Agents can be sorted into folders you create, rename, and delete, with bulk delete and bulk move for agents and folders. Status labels are now simply Published or Draft. Name search arrived with server side pagination that respects filters, plus 10, 50, or 100 rows per page, grouping by folders or agents first, and sorting by name or last updated. Separating client experiments from production builds is now a two minute job, which matters for agencies packaging AI services for clients.

Conversation AI Summaries and Logs Enter Labs

The biggest item of the week is in Labs. Conversation AI can generate a structured summary and a full transcript for each AI handled conversation, triggered by an inactivity window, a minimum message count, or key transitions such as human handover, a manual reply, the bot stopping, or a completed booking. Summaries append to contact notes automatically. Transcripts cover text, image context, and transcribed audio across form, prompt, and flow based bots on Instagram, Facebook, SMS, chat widget, live chat, and WhatsApp.

A summary can map to a custom field, trigger a workflow, or email chosen users, and new workflow variables expose the latest summary and transcript. A Conversation Logs dashboard lists every interaction with filters by contact, channel, agent, and time. In practice, each bot conversation becomes qualification data your follow up can use. See our conversational AI guide and the platform voice AI page.

Store Pages and Page Speed Improvements

Product titles display in full rather than truncated on the product detail page, cart, side cart, checkout, thank you page, upsell element, and collection list element, wrapping across lines without breaking alignment. It is on by default, and the product list page keeps its existing truncation. That page now supports up to 100 products instead of 24, adjustable in the layout settings of the product list element.

On the site side, trimming unused fields from the page data API cut rendered HTML by around 10 percent, improving first contentful paint, largest contentful paint, and PageSpeed scores. Total blocking time and render blocking CSS come next. Anyone weighing a funnel platform comparison should note this gain needs no work on your side.

Email Sending Now Carries Block Enforcement

Provider block activity is monitored per sub-account with a staged response: a warning email first, then a 12 hour sending suspension, then 24 hours on a repeat, with sending resuming automatically each time. A future phase may permanently suspend a sub-account after two occurrences, with agencies notified beforehand. The logic is shared infrastructure, since heavy block rates damage sender reputation and risk blacklisting for everyone. If you resell email at scale, list hygiene and gradual volume are now commercial requirements. Our email marketing guide covers the basics.

Snapshot Retries and Community App Updates

Failed snapshot pushes can be retried from View History, either every failed account at once or specific ones, with progress shown on the same screen. Pushes older than 48 hours cannot be retried, and a snapshot refreshed since the original push needs a new one. Asset level retries are planned.

The community mobile app reached version 13.0.0 on iOS and Android. Playback starts in one to two seconds instead of eight to ten, lesson descriptions accept audio, embedded media, and iFrames, admins can hide lesson comments by category, lesson, or privacy, and tabs mirror the web configuration. A 10 lesson course on the Conversations tab was added to the University learning tab.

Smaller Improvements Worth Noting

  • Form, survey, and quiz builders no longer jump to the top when you drag or select an element.
  • A tooltip clarifies that text element weight applies only to paragraph text.
  • Duplicate font family and font size controls were removed from the button sidebar.
  • Changing a text element background color no longer drops opacity to zero.
  • A new PATCH endpoint updates email builder template subject, from name, from email, and preview text, with a simplified and backward compatible payload.
  • The knowledge base crawler follows nested sitemaps, reads compressed sitemap files, and stays in scope with a navigation guard.
  • Granular permissions can be configured for sub-account settings.
  • Community app fixes cover members tab performance, invited tab loading, event text overflow, post editor save alerts, and app freezes when deleting messages.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I charge through two different processors in one sub-account?

Yes, provided they sit on different channels. Each supported channel takes its own provider for Live and Test modes, and that beats the account default. Splitting two separate stores across two processors is not possible yet, though per offering configuration is planned.

Does duplicate listing suppression work with every directory integration?

Suppression is a Yext capability today, with scans refreshed monthly and requests reviewed by both Yext and the publisher, typically inside a day. Split business hours work across Yext and Uberall.

Can I use conversation summaries and transcripts right now?

Only through Labs. A sub-account needs its agency to enable it, and nothing is processed retroactively, so records begin from the moment it is switched on under Conversation AI bot goals.
