HighLevel Updates: New Features for March 2-6, 2026
The first week of March 2026 delivered the biggest scheduling addition HighLevel has shipped in months, plus upgrades across phone, workflows, Voice AI, products, and ads. Here is what landed between March 2 and March 6, and why it matters for agencies and small businesses. More context sits in the March 2026 updates roundup.
Rentals Calendars Go Live in Public Beta
Rentals is a new calendar type for bookable inventory rather than appointments, built for businesses renting equipment, vehicles, spaces, vacation properties, and event setups. Bookings are duration-based and stock-aware, so you can rent by the hour, day, week, or month.
Each listing carries pricing per booking unit, quantity tracking, variants such as size or configuration, and rules for lead time and buffer time. Availability checks prevent overbooking, and pricing can be tiered, seasonal, or day based, with security deposits supported.
Three booking types cover most models: a date and time selector for hourly rentals, a date-only selector for day or night rentals, and fixed duration packages. Customers can add several listings to one checkout, and a public booking page shows categories and live availability.
Bookings can also be built by hand, edited for dates, quantity, or price, and tracked from Booked to Active to Completed, with invoices generated automatically. A revamped calendar view puts every listing in one grid, color coded by status and filterable by listing or payment status. That unlocks verticals like vacation rentals, equipment hire, and coworking spaces. Enabling Rentals is a per-subaccount toggle under Calendar Settings in the agency view.
Booking Periods Now Control Time Selection Per Listing
Time selection now lives on the listing, not in a hidden global setting. The date and time selector always shows both pickers. The date selector exposes default start and end times, for example 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM, and calculates duration from them. Fixed durations can optionally allow a start time.
Guardrails block invalid combinations, so the date selector disables hourly pricing and an hourly booking unit disables the date selector. Existing listings were migrated with default times filled in. The payoff is fewer accidental multi-day charges and clearer rental windows.
Phone: Multilingual Transcription and a Safer A2P Path
Call transcription now covers nine languages beyond English: Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Russian, Portuguese, Japanese, Italian, and Dutch. Language is detected automatically, more than one language is handled in a single call, and accuracy improved. Multilingual teams can search call records without a third-party tool.
A pre-built A2P registration flow cuts carrier rejections by removing manual compliance writing. The widget-first option allows only the chat widget as an opt-in method and locks compliance-sensitive fields. Users pick marketing or informational, combining marketing with financial or loan content is blocked, and age gating is enforced automatically with a mandatory date of birth field.
The generated widget includes the business name in its disclosure, STOP and HELP language, data rate and frequency notices, and embed code. A locked review screen auto-fills consent fields and requires a compliance checklist. Faster approvals mean client texting campaigns start sending sooner.
The Workflow Builder Explains Itself
Every trigger now includes a short description of what it does and when it fires, shown in the trigger list. New builders pick the right trigger without guesswork, which cuts the misconfigured automations agencies clean up later.
Company-based variables now work inside contact-based workflows. Company name, phone, email, website, and address sit beside contact fields in the custom value picker and can drive If/Else branches, so you can personalize with a business name or route by company location. Business-to-business pipelines in the HighLevel CRM benefit most.
AI Builder now ends with a to-do list of every action and trigger still needing human input, each with a pencil icon that jumps to the step, so fewer half-finished workflows go live. A separate experiment adds AI field tooltips with an Explain Field option, live on two fields today.
Smarter Call Handoffs Inside Workflows
Connect Call (IVR) now supports a whisper message. Before the caller is connected, whoever answers hears a private heads-up, such as the contact name and the reason for the call, with control over text, voice, and loop count. Whisper supports English only.
The action also exposes Answered By User ID, Device, and Phone Number as variables. Feeding Answered By User ID into Assign User hands ownership to whoever actually took the call, keeping follow-ups and reporting accurate. Calls routed to a custom number cannot assign.
Voice AI Gains Advanced Settings and AI Prompt Editing
Advanced settings give finer control over live calls: end call after silence, response speed, and a delay before the greeting. Transcription runs in fast, accurate, or custom mode with your own speech-to-text provider, tuned with general or medical vocabulary, boosted keywords, and a pronunciation dictionary. Voice settings add ambient volume, speech normalization, dynamic speed, and a noise cancellation mode.
Prompt editing improved too. Edit with AI lets you select part of a prompt, describe the change, and review a refined version with additions and removals highlighted. Setup help sits in the Voice AI guide, and the Voice AI overview covers availability.
Cost Price and Margin Tracking in Products
Products can now hold a cost price and margin at every price denomination and variant, behind an Add Margin checkbox that is off by default. Amount mode calculates margin as selling price minus cost, while percentage mode derives the missing value.
Where invoice or calendar prices are overridden, cost still comes from the original product price, and setup fees are excluded from subscription margin. Transaction exports gain a Line Item Cost Price column. Nothing changes retroactively, so agencies can measure real profitability per offer without a side spreadsheet.
Language Coverage Expands Across Portal and Communities
Client Portal emails now follow language preferences end to end, covering passwordless login, registration, forgot password, billing access, invoice, estimate and contract delivery, portal invites, and certificate messages. Communities emails and push notifications plus GoKollab push notifications were translated as well. All use the same fallback order: user preference, then the location setting, then English. Around a dozen languages are covered, including German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, and Portuguese.
Ad Manager Gains Website and Hybrid Conversion Locations
Lead generation campaigns can now choose a conversion location at the ad set level: instant forms, website, or both. Website and hybrid require a dataset (pixel) and a conversion event, and the ad level adds a destination URL. Hybrid ads carry both a lead form and a URL, with Meta deciding what to serve. The location is locked after publish. Handy when consolidating tools rather than paying for a separate marketing platform.
Smaller Improvements Worth Noting
- Private integration tokens are now available to trial accounts.
- Voice AI outbound calling has updated limits and calling boundaries.
- Calendars no longer send external update emails for Show or No Show changes.
- Agency dashboard usage export was enhanced.
- Coming soon: pickup in-store for ecommerce, and replacing media files without breaking links.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Rentals available on every account right now?
Rentals is in public beta and off by default. An agency admin toggles the module on per subaccount from Calendar Settings, individually or in bulk. In-progress features are tracked on the beta watch page.
Which languages does the new call transcription support?
English plus Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Russian, Portuguese, Japanese, Italian, and Dutch. Detection is automatic, and a single call can contain more than one language.
Will adding cost prices change my existing invoices or reports?
No. Margin fields are opt-in per product, historical transactions are untouched, and overridden prices still pull cost from the original product. Bulk editing and margin reporting are planned next.
