HighLevel Updates: New Features for May 11-15, 2026

Voice cloning, Ask AI scheduling, Cal.com and Linear workflow actions, a HubSpot importer beta, and 22 new reporting widgets.

The week of May 11 through May 15, 2026 brought a deep round of updates across Voice AI, the Ask AI assistant, workflow integrations, social publishing, and reporting. For agencies and small businesses, several of these changes remove manual work you have been absorbing for months.

Voice AI: Cloned Voices, Reports, and Smarter Pauses

Native voice cloning arrived for Voice AI agents. Add Custom Voice in My Voices is now a dropdown offering Import or Clone. Choose Clone, name the voice, pick ElevenLabs or Cartesia, then upload a sample up to 10 MB or record one in your browser. Cloned voices get their own section and can be assigned to any agent. Rights confirmation is required, and imported plus cloned voices share a cap of 10 per company. Agencies can give client phone agents a branded voice without external tools.

Performance Reports email weekly, fortnightly, or monthly summaries per agent covering total calls, average duration, success rate, caller sentiment, after-hours volume, and counts for texts sent, transfers, workflows triggered, and appointments booked. Each adds period-over-period change and up to three flagged anomaly calls linked back into the app. Recipients can be admins, all users, named users, or outside stakeholders, making client reporting nearly automatic. A new No-Response Configuration also lets you list up to 20 phrases like "hold on" so the agent waits quietly instead of interrupting.

Ask AI Becomes a Real Working Assistant

Ask AI gained five upgrades that let you run more of the platform through conversation instead of clicks. Scheduled Tasks run any prompt hourly, daily, on weekdays, weekly, on a cron expression, or once at a future time, saving each result for review. Runs are logged, tasks pause and resume, Run Now fires an immediate one-off, and editing a prompt keeps the history. Create them from the form, from chat, or by voice.

Attachments accept up to five files under 20 MB per message across fourteen types, including PDFs up to 600 pages, Office documents, images, and CSV or JSON data. Files are read on demand and stay available for follow-up questions, so a rep can query a pitch deck without pasting text. Dictation converts speech into clean prompts in 14 languages, stripping filler words and formatting spoken dates, numbers, and amounts correctly.

Ask AI can also build courses end to end, generating outlines, lesson content, quizzes, and assignments, then handling drip schedules, lesson locking, publishing, and offers, with delete operations blocked by design. Full blog generation produces structured, SEO-friendly drafts using web context, multiple languages, and reference URLs or images. Per-response thumbs up and down feedback now applies to new conversations.

Three New Workflow Integrations

Cal.com plugs into workflows with booking lifecycle triggers and four booking actions. A new booking can create a contact and start a welcome sequence, a no-show can trigger a rescheduling link, and a cancellation can branch by reason into a retention message.

Linear ships with 12 triggers and 13 actions spanning issues, projects, customer requests, and initiatives. Support forms can become tagged issues with CRM context attached, and issues moving to Done can notify the original reporter automatically.

HubSpot brings one trigger, New Contact Created, plus five actions: Create Contact, Find Contact, Get Contact by ID, Search Contact by Email, and Create Association. The actions are premium, while the webhook trigger is free to receive. Searching by email before creating prevents duplicate records, and it works on the free HubSpot tier.

A Guided Migration Path Off HubSpot

A HubSpot Importer entered beta for selected accounts, launched from the Contacts import flow. Its four-step wizard covers setup, object selection, data review, and preview, migrating contacts, deals as opportunities, properties as custom fields, custom folders, and full pipelines with stages. A post-import report breaks results down by object and by record with a CSV download. Companies, tickets, tasks, and notes are not covered yet. This turns a HubSpot migration from weeks of rebuilding into a supervised import.

Social Planner: Facebook Backgrounds and Pinterest Multi-Board

Text-only Facebook posts with native colorful backgrounds can now be created, scheduled, and published without opening Facebook. Pick a Text Background preset and the composer preview mirrors the native layout, with font size adapting to text length. Adding media disables the background automatically.

Pinterest publishing added multi-board selection, so one composer entry can target 1 to 25 boards per account. The system fans the pin out into separate posts per board, keeping analytics intact and isolating failures. It works across instant publishing, scheduling, approvals, recurring posts, the category queue, and CSV upload, cutting duplicate posting effort for social teams.

Deeper Reporting for Services, Rentals, and Reviews

Twenty-two new dashboard and custom report widgets landed in Calendars. Eleven Appointment Service widgets cover total revenue, revenue by service and category, average order value, top grossing staff, top locations, cancelled revenue, and coupon metrics. Eleven Rentals widgets track bookings, status breakdown, revenue excluding deposits, security deposits, revenue by listing, and upcoming, overdue, unconfirmed, and active rentals.

Reputation management removed a scaling ceiling. You can connect multiple pages per platform across 52 review sites including Google Business Profile, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, and Glassdoor, with no cap on pages and per-page status, review count, and sync details.

Everyday Polish in CRM, Email, and Content Tools

Bulk delete reached Custom Objects through list-view multi-select, and the 100-record cap disappeared for Companies and Tasks, with a 60-day restore window. Contact tagging now requires Apply or Cancel confirmation, which stops stray clicks from firing workflows.

Email builders gained fallback defaults for custom values, so a missing first name renders "there" instead of a blank, set per usage across workflow emails, campaigns, bulk actions, and templates. Video, image, and button elements picked up full border color, thickness, and radius controls.

Blogs added image captions, comma-separated keyword entry that converts into chips, image link and preview actions, and proportional resizing. The Knowledge Base can now import PDFs, Google Docs, DOC, and DOCX files directly from Google Drive, with manual re-sync for updated versions.

Smaller Improvements Worth Noting

  • Workflow builder: drag to resize the action and trigger sidebar, or expand either to full screen.
  • Conversations: a New divider marks unread messages and threads auto-scroll to the first one.
  • Kollab mobile app: live sessions inside courses, update nudges, and a notification bug fix.
  • SaaS Configurator: create SaaS V2 plans directly, with no redirect into the agency sub-account.
  • India outbound voice calling is now supported.
  • Reputation Facebook integration migrated to Graph API v25.
  • AI Studio fixes: blank app screens, failed prompt submissions, and cloned projects missing attachments.
  • Certified Admin Directory: a job board with smart matching, messaging, endorsements, and 13 verified badges.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are all of these features generally available?

Most are, but not all. Voice cloning and Voice AI Performance Reports sit behind Labs toggles in Agency View settings, and the HubSpot Importer is limited to a selected beta group. We track pre-release items on our HighLevel beta watch page.

Do the new workflow integration actions cost extra?

The five HubSpot actions are premium and consume premium action credits at the standard automation rate. The New Contact Created trigger runs on webhooks, which are free to receive, so only the actions carry a cost.

Can I undo a large bulk delete?

Yes. Bulk-deleted Custom Objects, Companies, and Tasks can be restored for 60 days from Bulk Actions in the sub-account.
