HighLevel Updates: New Features for November 10-14, 2025
The November 10 to 14, 2025 releases leaned toward speed and control: bulk workflow management, a rebuilt page builder undo history, model choice for AI bots, a new payment provider, and Google Analytics inside native dashboards. Here is what shipped and what it is worth to agencies and small businesses. Our November 2025 roundup covers the month.
Bulk Operations Arrive in the Workflow List
Workflows and folders can now be selected with checkboxes and acted on together from the list view. Bulk actions cover delete, move to another folder, switching between published and draft, and updating folder permissions. A toolbar shows the selection count, and confirmations state how many workflows an action affects. Select All takes every visible workflow, with a dropdown offering four selection options that include folders.
It works on the All Workflows view and any smart list, and respects existing permissions. For an agency maintaining hundreds of automations, reorganizing folders or publishing a batch drops from an afternoon of clicking to minutes. Long workflow names now scale in the builder header, truncate with an ellipsis, and appear in full on hover.
Page Builder Undo and Redo Rebuilt
Change tracking in the funnel and website page builder now covers popups and global settings such as typography and tracking codes, not just the main page. When an undo or redo affects a popup, the builder opens it so the change is visible in context. Text edits are batched instead of recorded per keystroke, so one undo removes a meaningful change rather than a single letter, and better snapshot logic cuts memory use. Fewer lost edits means fewer rebuilt sections when a client asks for a revision. Compare the builder with a dedicated funnel platform.
AI Model Choice, Fallback, and Cleaner Calls
Prompt-based Conversation AI bots can now run on GPT-5, GPT-5 Mini, GPT-4.1 Mini, or the existing GPT-4.1, chosen from Bot Goals under Model Selection. A secondary model acts as a fallback, so if the primary provider goes down the bot continues on the backup. Per-transaction model usage appears in Billing. Enable it per sub-account from Agency Settings, then Labs; existing bots update without rebuilding. Workflows added GPT 5.1 to the GPT action.
A Labs release added voice noise cancellation, filtering ambient sound alone or also reducing overlapping speech, plus backchanneling so agents offer natural affirmations at an adjustable frequency. Bots that always answer and calls that sound clean protect booking rates, the point of a voice agent. Our voice AI overview has more.
Payments: Adyen Cards and Tipping
Adyen joined the payment providers, supporting credit and debit cards at launch across Europe and North America. Connect it from Dashboard, then Payments, with a Company API Key and a Live URL Prefix for live mode. An active Adyen merchant account and approval are required. Support for 3DS cards helps with international and higher-risk transactions, so agencies chasing enterprise clients already standardized on Adyen can now meet that requirement.
Tipping arrived through the Payment Summary API as an optional field, with totals recalculated automatically and tip amounts flowing into transaction details, order details, and receipts. A Tip Amount column was added to the Orders CSV export, and coverage spans all providers except PayPal and custom providers.
Conversations: Deep Links and Clipboard Attachments
The workflow link in message details used to drop you on the builder, leaving you to find the Execution Logs tab and hunt for the right run. It now carries execution and contact identifiers and lands you on the execution log detail page with full context loaded. The composer also accepts clipboard pastes: copy an image or document, press Ctrl or Cmd plus V, and it attaches instantly on every channel including SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
Google Analytics Widgets in Dashboards
Website analytics can now sit beside pipeline data in native dashboards and custom reports. Thirteen widgets cover user counts, sessions over time, engagement and bounce rates, average engagement time, sessions by channel and source, top pages, top events, new versus returning visitors, and device breakdown. Reports that once needed a separate analytics export now show traffic sources next to leads and revenue.
Store Pages, Social Content, and Media Performance
Ecommerce stores gained a Featured Product element, a drag-and-drop component that shows one product with its images, variants, price, description, and calls to action on any store or website page. Typography, colors, and layout are configurable, and Add to Cart, Buy Now, description, reviews, and related products can each be toggled. It handles one static product, not a collection, and stays independent of product detail pages.
Content AI in Social Planner now supports Bluesky and Threads with platform-appropriate tone and length. Media performance improved platform-wide: video load times fell to under a second from two or three, cached images deliver in under 100 milliseconds after a move to Google Cloud CDN, videos autoplay muted when scrolled into view and pause when scrolled away, and smarter buffering fixes stalls on low-end devices. A one-hour cap on live streams was fixed.
Communities, Developer Tools, and Phone Registration
Community admins can convert a private channel back to public, and admins and post authors can move posts into any channel they can access. Commenting can be switched off while creating a post and toggled later by the author, admins, or channel managers. Announcement channels now let any member comment, though comments stay disabled on older posts unless re-enabled.
Developers received a Webhook Logs dashboard under Insights and Logs in the Developer Portal, with 30-day retention, substring payload search, and a panel showing webhook ID, attempt number, event name, timestamps, and payloads. Agency admins clicking Sell on Marketplace without a developer account now get one created automatically. A revamped Trust Center A2P flow in Labs adds a guided journey, smarter pre-checks, and a Submission Review screen.
Smaller Improvements Worth Noting

- WhatsApp also gained inbound location details via API and webhooks, correct snippet attachments, and working replies on attachment messages.
- Template Library APIs received full role-based access control coverage, the Agency App Reselling Configuration API went live, and the public Voice AI APIs gained voice retrieval endpoints.
- Workflow asset change processing cut its database queries by at least 99 percent.
- The WordPress dashboard gained interface and load time improvements, and the LeadConnector Migrator reached version 1.1.1.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to enable anything to use multiple AI models for bots?
Yes. It is enabled per sub-account from Agency Settings, then Labs. Model Selection then appears in the Bot Goals tab of new and existing bots, and the fallback model is set from the settings icon beside it.
Which payment types does Adyen support at launch?
Credit and debit cards only, in Europe and North America, including 3DS. SaaS Mode billing through Adyen is planned, and methods such as point of sale and bank transfers are under evaluation.
Does the Featured Product element replace product detail pages?
No. It shows one static product on any page, and its customizations do not affect default or custom product detail pages. Our beta watch page tracks what is still in early access.
