HighLevel Updates: New Features for November 3-7, 2025
The first release week of November 2025 leaned toward websites and content. WordPress hosting picked up built-in search checks, the WordPress plugin learned to embed four more platform tools, and the AI page builder cut generation times by more than half. Voice AI, Social Planner and Prospecting gained useful upgrades too. Here is what shipped between November 3 and November 7, 2025, and what it means for agencies. Our November 2025 roundup covers the full month.
WordPress Hosting Adds an SEO Tab
A new SEO tab inside the WordPress hosting dashboard reports on three foundations of on-page search readiness: title tags, meta descriptions and meta keywords. It flags titles that are missing, duplicated or overly long, descriptions that are absent or too generic, and keyword focus opportunities. Every finding carries a Fix Now control, so the next step is obvious rather than buried in a report.
The checks run through the LeadConnector WordPress plugin, and version 3.0.12 or later must be installed and active before data appears; older builds see an update prompt. For agencies hosting client sites, this drops a third-party audit tool from the routine and lets an account manager handle search hygiene alongside hosting.
Four More Platform Tools Embed Into WordPress
Version 3.0.13 of the same plugin brings review widgets, calendars, surveys and quizzes into WordPress as native components. Reviews build credibility on the client's own domain, calendars remove the trip to a separate scheduling page, and surveys and quizzes capture leads on site.
Everything connects through the existing sub-account link, so components sync with no extra setup, and each drops in through a shortcode or block embed that works in Elementor, Divi and other builders without code. Agencies running WordPress sites alongside platform assets get one source of truth instead of duplicate forms and mismatched booking data.
Funnel AI Builds Pages and Images Far Faster
Page generation is now 2.4 times faster, with average build times falling from 3.1 minutes to 1.3 minutes, a 57.7 percent reduction, and pages of eight to ten sections finish in less than half their old time. The gains come from a reworked model strategy without expensive reasoning overhead, stronger error recovery that cuts failed generations, and richer context fields. Cost per request also dropped by half.
Image generation improved separately, running up to 76 percent faster in internal testing, with most requests finishing in seconds. Together these make AI drafting realistic during a client call. See how the builder compares with ClickFunnels.
Voice AI Gains Inline Widgets and Editable Tools
The Voice AI chat widget can now be placed inline. A widget placement setting in the Style tab offers Sticky, the floating corner bubble that stays the default, and Embedded/Inline, which renders the widget inside page content. The inline option narrows customization to avatar and theme, swaps chat window themes for avatar themes, and hides the contact form toggle and position grid. Inline widgets are mobile responsive by default, several can share one agent configuration, and both placements can be mixed on a site.
MCP tools can also be edited in place instead of deleted and rebuilt. Trigger prompts, response variable mappings and speech behavior during and after execution are adjustable from the Edit control beside any tool. Our voice AI guide covers setup, and the official voice AI overview lists current capabilities.
Instagram Comment Management in Social Planner
Comment management now covers Instagram alongside Facebook. Replies, threaded responses, filters for latest or top comments, and mentions of public profiles all work from the Comments view, with both networks side by side in one inbox. For a social media retainer, that means clearing an entire engagement queue in one pass instead of logging into client accounts one at a time.
Prospecting Tracks Lead Outcomes and Conversations
Each prospect card carries a dropdown to mark a lead Won, Lost or Open, with Open as the default. Marking a lead Won reveals a Convert to Sub-Account option, currently in agency prospecting only, so a closed deal becomes a live account without leaving the board.
A Lead Actions icon opens contact details and recent text, email and call conversations from the same screen in sub-account prospecting; in agency prospecting it first prompts a switch to a linked or new sub-account. New users also see a getting started card that hides once an account passes five prospects or the card is skipped three times.
Communities, Calendars and Email Refinements
Go Live sessions now run on the mobile app, so hosts and attendees are no longer tied to a desktop. Recording quality moved to 1080p at 2.5 Mbps, post authors and group admins can download recordings, chat gained link sharing and drag-and-drop uploads with no size limit, playback starts on scroll, and noise cancellation improved. Event reminder emails are now customizable under Client Portal, Memberships, Settings, Email Settings, Communities, so templates match brand tone.
Calendar Services (v2) are supported in snapshots, with service listings, add-ons, categories and resources such as rooms or team assignments each selectable independently when a snapshot is built or loaded, removing a manual rebuild from every onboarding. On the email side, the unsupported seconds interval was pulled from the Repeat After dropdown in batch scheduled campaigns and clears itself from older drafts, ending a common scheduling failure. Custom value support was added for the appointment title field.
New Certification and WhatsApp Training
The Certified Admin course reached version two with freshly recorded lessons on 2025 platform updates, an AI instructor, streamlined quizzes and new material on interface changes. The legacy course stays unlocked while a few lessons, such as calendars, are refreshed. Anyone who has not passed Part A, the hundred-question exam, should take the new version, since it unlocks eligibility for the live proctored Part B.
An eight-module WhatsApp course also went live in the university learning tab, covering agency setup, pricing, activation, resale offers, lead capture, templates, workflows and conversation AI. WhatsApp leads conversational messaging outside the United States, which makes a reseller offer built on it an easy differentiator. See our WhatsApp guide and the official bootcamp training.
Smaller Improvements Worth Noting

- Media storage trash is easier to reach, and folder deletion and restore behavior was fixed.
- Live streaming and meeting rooms moved to 1080p at 2.4 Mbps.
- Community fixes covered email button routing, tagged user redirection, leaderboard navigation, recurring event accuracy and deletion, notification delivery, search reliability, image expansion and cover image sizing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to update the WordPress plugin to see SEO data?
Yes. LeadConnector plugin version 3.0.12 or later must be installed and active before the SEO tab shows any insights. Older installations display an update prompt in the hosting dashboard.
Can the Voice AI widget sit inside page content instead of a corner bubble?
Yes. The Style tab offers an embedded, inline placement that renders the widget within the page. Several inline placements can share one agent configuration, and inline and sticky bubbles can be combined on one site.
Which social networks support comment replies?
Facebook and Instagram, handled side by side in Social Planner with threaded replies, latest and top filters, and mentions of public profiles. Additional networks are planned for future releases.
