HighLevel Updates: New Features for October 27-31, 2025

Faster order forms, AI dashboard summaries, near-global WhatsApp coexistence, Google audience segments, and triple-layer page caching.

The final week of October 2025 brought a heavy release cycle to HighLevel, weighted toward page speed, site reliability, and AI that interprets data instead of just displaying it. Here is what changed and what it means for agencies and small businesses.

A Faster, Smarter Page Builder

Navigation menus gained a wrap option and a submenu styling fix, popups now resize columns correctly and accept touch input, and delayed animations keep elements hidden until they are due instead of flashing early. Scroll-to-element actions on buttons and images glide instead of snapping.

Element search improved too. Quick Add matches related keywords, so "accordion" finds the FAQ block, "booking" finds the calendar, and "slider" finds the image slider. Every element now carries common search terms, so building no longer depends on exact names.

Funnel order forms saw the biggest measurable gain. Products are preloaded and cached on the server rather than fetched after render, so sections populate three to four seconds faster. Native CSS styling removed the layout shifts that made checkout pages jump, and editing products clears the cache automatically so live pages never show stale items. Those seconds sit precisely where buyers abandon.

Funnel AI Reads Your Design References

Page revision requests in Chat Mode now accept image attachments. Upload a screenshot, mockup, or any visual reference, and the assistant interprets the color scheme, layout structure, and design patterns instead of working from a written description. Text-only requests behave as before.

Section inserts run about 60 percent faster, with planning 87 percent quicker, execution 79 percent quicker, and processing cost down 55 percent. New sections adopt your existing palette, fonts, and layout, which means fewer retries per client page. Explore the wider set of AI capabilities across the platform.

Three Layers of Uptime Protection

Funnels, websites, webinars, and store pages now sit behind Cloudflare edge caching with a stale cache strategy. The server cache refreshes when a page, form, survey, product, or custom value changes. The edge layer holds content for 60 seconds with a 30 second revalidation window and a stale fallback lasting 10 to 30 minutes during an outage. If Cloudflare itself fails, Always Online serves an archived copy from the Wayback Machine.

Agencies on WordPress hosting also get an uptime monitor in Labs. Continuous checks report operational status, average uptime, the last health check, and minimum, average, and peak response times over 24 hours, while an events feed logs downtime and recovery with timestamps and causes such as forbidden access or server restrictions. That history doubles as proof of reliability in retainer reporting.

WhatsApp Coexistence Expands, Countdown Timers Arrive

WhatsApp coexistence now works in every country except Nigeria and South Africa, including numbers registered in India. Connect an existing WhatsApp Business App, import up to six months of chat history plus your contacts, and keep replying from your phone while bulk sends, workflows, analytics, and templates run from the CRM. It uses the Meta Cloud API, so both sides stay policy compliant. See how WhatsApp messaging works inside the platform, or read the WhatsApp setup guide.

Templates can also carry countdown timer buttons linked to fixed, recurring, or dynamic timers, sending recipients to an active or expired offer page. Dynamic timers run per contact, so expiry windows can be personalized. Enable the feature in Labs first.

Google Audience Segments Inside Ad Manager

Ad Manager now handles Google audience segments end to end. An Audience Segments tab under Google Ads settings covers customer match lists, website visitor retargeting, interest segments, and lookalike expansion, with controls for uploads, rules, membership duration, and descriptions.

Segments can also be built inline during campaign creation. The intended audience step now splits into target interests, covering affinity and in-market categories with expanded subcategories such as real estate and financial services, and audience segments, where you pick an existing list or create one without leaving the builder. Agencies managing client ad spend get sharper targeting without bouncing between screens.

Review Requests and Listings Get More Accurate

Review requests now support manual image uploads over SMS and email, replacing the single static logo that MMS allowed. Field service teams can attach before-and-after job photos at the moment of the ask, which tends to lift response rates in home services, maintenance, and beauty care. More on reputation management tooling.

Customers on the Yext engine can now place a map marker to set exact latitude and longitude. Missing coordinates previously caused publishers to reject syncs, so this removes a frequent cause of failed distribution, and error reporting now explains the fix. Details on Yext listings.

Social Planner Publishing Becomes Dependable

RSS syncing was rebuilt. It now remembers every item published rather than only the last one, handles feeds whose items arrive out of order, and runs validation that blocks duplicates. History retention moved from one month to three, a changed GUID counts as an update and reposts once, and feeds without a GUID use link plus title as the identifier. Atom feeds behave better too.

TikTok personal profiles now convert to business profiles automatically through the business flow, unlocking statistics without disturbing tokens, posting, or automations. The create and edit post endpoints accept optional platform-specific objects for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube, plus a media optimization flag, all backward compatible.

Dashboards That Explain Themselves

Reporting dashboards gained an AI layer behind a redesigned header. One click produces a summary covering key metrics, growth patterns, and areas needing attention, and the generated insights go further into revenue peaks, performance drops, and recommended next steps. Follow-up questions can be asked from the summary, and hovering a widget breaks down its configuration and comparisons.

AI Employee must be enabled and Dashboard AI switched on separately in Labs. Past conversations stay browsable, so a summary built for a client review remains available later. Review the full AI feature set.

Smaller Improvements Worth Noting

  • GoKollab native mobile app in beta: rebuilt from scratch, loading in under two seconds instead of twenty, with 98 percent crash-free sessions.
  • Chat widget notification sounds: a toggle under additional options, on by default, set independently per sub-account.
  • Voice AI: MCP support now covers agent duplication and snapshots. Review the voice agent capabilities.
  • Social Planner: a public API for the category queue.
  • Funnels and websites: clear placeholders when an asset is missing or belongs to another location.
  • Listings: internationalization and form title improvements alongside bug fixes.
  • SEO service: tracing exposes query durations and endpoint response times for faster debugging.
  • Onboarding: agency value props added to the setup flow.

Frequently Asked Questions

What has to be enabled before the AI dashboard summaries work?

AI Employee needs to be active, and Dashboard AI has to be switched on separately in Labs. Once both are on, the summarize button appears at the top of the dashboard and widget summaries appear on hover. Follow-ups are limited to custom widgets.

Is WhatsApp coexistence available in my country?

It covers every country except Nigeria and South Africa, and accounts registered to Indian phone numbers are now included. Connecting an existing WhatsApp Business App imports up to six months of chat history and your full contact list into one inbox.

Do I need to do anything to get the new caching protection?

Only if your domains are not on Cloudflare yet. Open Domains and URL Redirects and use the fix option in the banner about domain speed and security. Migrated domains pick up the edge cache, stale fallback, and archived page backup automatically.
