HighLevel Updates: New Features for September 15-19, 2025
The week of September 15 to 19, 2025 was a heavy one for automation. Four widely used business tools moved inside workflows as native actions and triggers, field service teams gained a two-way contact sync, Voice AI learned new languages, and the page builder picked up long-requested sizing controls.
Four New Native Workflow Integrations Replace Your Middleware
Notion, ClickUp, Airtable and Google Contacts now connect straight to workflows. Until this release, wiring any of them to your CRM meant paying for a separate automation layer such as Zapier, Make or n8n, or maintaining hand-built webhooks. Removing that middle layer trims a recurring bill and deletes a common point of failure in client automations.
Notion arrives with three triggers (new database item, updated database item and updated page) and sixteen actions spanning pages, database items, block children and comments. A won opportunity can generate a proposal page automatically, and onboarding form responses can land in a Notion database with a comment attached.
ClickUp is the deepest of the four, with nine triggers and eighteen actions. Triggers cover new tasks, task changes, new lists and folders, comments, attachments, reactions and logged time entries. Actions build spaces, folders, lists, tasks, documents, document pages and custom fields, plus lookups for tasks, documents, users and fields. A signed contract can now assemble an entire client project structure on its own.
Airtable adds new record and updated record triggers alongside create, update, find and delete record actions, enough to keep a project tracker in step with your pipeline. Google Contacts brings new contact and new group triggers plus six actions, including find or create contact and add contact to groups, so booked demos and form fills file themselves correctly. Airtable and Google Contacts triggers poll every five minutes.
Jobber Two-Way Contact Sync for Service Businesses
Home and field service operators can keep Jobber clients and platform contacts aligned automatically. The sync carries first and last name, email, phone, address, lead source, tags, a Jobber client URL custom field and the original Jobber creation date. Records match on the Jobber client ID rather than email or phone, so the link survives a customer changing their details. Custom fields, notes and attachments stay behind.
Plan around the limits before selling this. One Jobber account pairs with one sub-account, historical import runs at roughly 2,500 records every five minutes, and the historical start date can be set only once. Sync logs are not available yet, and stopping the sync means disconnecting the app from the Jobber marketplace. More in our CRM guide.
Voice AI Speaks More Languages
Voice AI now localizes its entire interface, so buttons, labels, modals and error messages render in the language a sub-account picks. German, Spanish, Canadian French, France French, Dutch, Portuguese for Portugal, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian, Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian are live. Set it under Settings, then Business Profile, using the platform language dropdown in the business address block. For agencies serving non-English markets, that removes a real onboarding objection. See our Voice AI overview or the Voice AI product page.
Page Builder Gains Height and Width Controls
Every element in the page builder now accepts custom height and width values from a container size section in the styles tab of the right sidebar. Units include px, percent, em, rem, vh, vw and auto, with separate values for desktop and mobile. Horizontal column layouts also unlock content spacing options such as space around and space between.
This is the difference between finishing a landing page in an afternoon and dropping into custom CSS to fix one stubborn block. Compare the approach in our funnel builder comparison.
Community Newsletters and a Rebuilt App Experience
Communities can send an automatic digest email pulling together active threads a member joined, trending posts from public channels, updates from members they follow and upcoming events. Newsletters are off by default and only admins or owners can switch them on under Community, Settings, Newsletter, where they also choose a daily, weekly, biweekly or monthly cadence. Members manage their own subscription from a preferences link in the email.
The companion mobile app also got a navigation rebuild: one login view showing every joined community and course, a bottom navigation bar for one-tap switching, a simpler group switcher and refinements to spacing, typography and icon clarity. If you monetize a membership, both updates attack the same problem, which is members quietly going dormant.
Image Assets for Google Search Campaigns
Ad Manager campaigns can now carry up to 20 image assets that appear beside text ads across Search, Display and YouTube. JPG and PNG files up to 5 MB are accepted in square (1:1) and landscape (1.91:1) ratios, and Google serves the most relevant image per placement. Two or three images per ratio is the recommended minimum. A rejected image does not stop the rest of the campaign from publishing, so your text ads still go live.
Prospecting Audits Detect More Hosting Platforms
Marketing audit reports previously checked only for WordPress. They now identify WordPress, LeadConnector, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix and Framer, and the old WordPress Site card has been renamed Website Hosting, with WordPress and LeadConnector on by default.
If you sell websites, this flags prospects sitting on a platform you can replace and opens a conversation about how hosting affects SEO, speed, uptime and reliability. If you do not, switch the section off in prospecting report settings or from the sections menu inside any report. Turn the feature on under Labs first. More context in our feature guide.
Smaller Improvements Worth Noting
- Contactless internal notifications: in-app, email and SMS internal notifications now fire in workflows with no contact enrolled, including webhook and marketplace-triggered automations. When no assigned user exists, that step is skipped instead of breaking, which retires the dummy contact workaround.
- Editable countdown timer labels: labels are editable on every timer and default to the native language of the location, under Marketing, Countdown Timer, then Styling and Labels.
- Faster store webhooks: Shopify and WooCommerce webhook processing moved to dedicated workers. Average p95 latency fell from 2.22 seconds to 187.85 milliseconds for Shopify and from 3.36 seconds to 599.75 milliseconds for WooCommerce, with steadier memory use and fewer restarts.
- EU political ads declaration: the Google Ads campaign builder now includes a required yes or no field beneath geographic location settings, plus a link to the official policy guidance.
- Wider phone number coverage: new numbers and number types are available across nineteen additional markets, including Argentina, Colombia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, Malaysia, Netherlands, Sweden and Thailand.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do the new integrations replace Zapier or Make?
For the actions they cover, yes. Notion, ClickUp, Airtable and Google Contacts connect natively now, so most sync and task-creation recipes no longer need a paid automation subscription or a custom webhook. Airtable and Google Contacts triggers poll every five minutes, so build that delay into time-sensitive flows.
Can I connect several sub-accounts to one Jobber account?
No. Jobber allows one active connection, so a single Jobber account pairs with a single sub-account. Agencies managing several service businesses need a separate Jobber account for each one.
What is still on the way?
Two items were flagged as coming soon: moving domains between sub-accounts, and property rental support inside services. Neither is generally available, so treat both as roadmap rather than something to promise a client. We track pre-release items in our beta watch.
